I submitted my application January 12th and did my medical January 30th, my medical started showing ed from February 14th and I am wondering how long it will take for me to get a response. ( I sent my medical through webform)

I will really appreciate an answer as I have March 1st as deadline to give my school an update.

Have you been approved and gotten your stamped port? Using those changes comes when your study visa has been issued and counterfoil. So I don't think you should be worried about background checking. Keep sending webform they will respond just be calm.

Don't worry, your application is in progress. Your medical may be updated follow by ppr at the same time. You can continue sending the email and the webform notifying them that your application has sured normal processing time.

Guys I don’t understand my application is stuck on processing background check. 10 weeks and it’s not changing after series of web forms. Is it normal?

Also, include your details - Application number, UCI and Date of Birth when sending the email. On the subject ensure that 'Urgent' is written before the subject of your email.

I understand you completely. The thoughts of deferring is always too scary. I also am in this same category. I applied since June 28th. Up till now I haven’t heard a hoot from IRCC. I wonder if there are many June applicants with same challenge
