Please how soon can one who was denied on 19th September apply for visa?

Please gurus in the house I noticed an error in my ds 160 which I used to book for my appointment, due to long wait for appointment which I couldn't get for fall and was forced to defer to spring at some point I couldn't access my ds-160 which I didn't submit this made me to fill a new ds-160 but I failed to update it in my visa application page. Please what is the consequence of this?

Me: I choose lamar university because they offer courses in both management and stem which aligns with my professional ambition so to me it is like killing two birds with one stone. LU is a member of The Texas State University System, which is the first higher education system of Texas and maintains the lowest average tuition and fees of any university system in Texas. From the first time i made with them, my experience has been amazing. Prompt replies to emails and all the staff are ever ready to help.
VO: what is your Study Plan
Me: I am going for MS in Management Information Systems in Lamar University a 30 hour curriculum which requires me to undergo 15 credit specialization courses and 15 credit electives spread over a period of 24months and a current 3.0 GPA is needed to maintain the graduate scholarship which I currently have.

Me I did an intensive search online using sites like usnews, princeton review to narrow down to Schools offering management of informations systems, then consulted websites of such schools and found lamar university to have an ongoing research in my field of interest.Also my coursemate in the undergraduate studies is currently schooling here so his recommendation about the enticing things about the school also help me to apply.

Me: the core of my decision for choosing LU is because I'll be part of an ongoing research that forcuses on cyber security under professor ..*** .. group .. I mean it's quite obvious about the current situation of our country Nigeria in of cyber security, so being part of this course will equip me with the expertise that'll enable me thwart cyber attack and ensure Nigeria is safe as far as cyber security is concerned
Why the same city?
Me: After thorough research, Living expenses or cost of living in Texas is quite lower than average American states. I am satisfied with the research done in my area of concentration in the universities and I find the schools affordable.
VO: Why MIS?
Me: During the course of my job as istrative/Activities supervisor/coordinator I have come across different levels of human management and development and currently stationed at the network operation center (NOC) where I ensure uninterrupted network access to the network video recorder being monitored by the cctv (closed circuit television) operator and any time I do ensure that m.t.t.r (mean time to repair) is kept at the lowest minimum. This course will not only further prepare me for the future but will make me qualify to climb to managerial position as it encomes management course and technology which made it the best I can get.
VO: That's impressive, so what do you plan to do after your study?
Me: Pretty simple, I plan to come back to Nigeria my lovely home, and use the knowledge and experience I must have gained at LU and in the United States in contributing my quota to building the "Tech Echo System" in Nigeria, starting first from my founded Company, by using these knowledge to run operations and manage resources better, most especially human resources, as it is evident that Nigeria has a lot of talents trooping into the field of technology and other fields, but the results we get are not up to our level of potentials mainly because of lack of experience and know-how when it comes to talent and resource management, so I intend to come be a specialist in building and managing talents in the Technology Niche of Nigeria to create solutions that will help us live better and improve the Economy of Nigeria and other African Countries. I am to attend interview on the 19th of August 2022 with school resumption date as January 17th but my port will expire on the 11th of April 2023 although I have booked appointment for renewal. What are my chances of obtaining visa with such port status.

I need certain clarification on Emergency Appointments. I applied for EA, I got a message that it was approved and i should click "Reschedule" to pick a new date, on clicking reschedule, I found that the available dates are for 2024, far beyond my current appointment date. So I need to understand if these dates also change like the regular appointment available dates or they will remain static at 2024, in which case I can make use of it.

I will appreciate any advice or direction in this regard. Thank you.

I'd say you should keep checking for date. August 22 is still kinda far. Wait for July at least before applying for EA. July or first week of August still has a strong stand to be called "emergency"

Since your appointment is in a foreign country, I can't categorically tell you to apply for it or not, but many people applied for it in Nigeria Consulates without considering the 60 days rule, and their EA were approved this week. Same thing happened last year. What I noticed is that most of the applicants that got their EA approved are fresh candidates without denial before.

But how many shots does one have to apply for EA?

You can only have 2 EA attempts in a location. Since you changed location, you have exhausted all attempts. You can only check for earlier date by ing group looking for date. You can't request an emergency attempt with this Mrv fee again. Best.

Please I have a regular appointment on the 29th of August and my school resumes on 22nd . Can I apply for EA now or wait till it is 60days am currently in dubai and I am to attend interview there.
