Same here, could it be that it's because i didn't say i have a professional cerification during my application phase, I only have my Msc. and i am a slef taught data analyst. With the only professional certification in PGDE which is not really relivant to what i choose, will this count for me.

I indicated professional certificate during application.

How did you get the notifications? They sent email? Did Testmi send email? Where I’m I supposed to see the notification please?

The dashboard which shows examination number on the top of the candidate's profile is no longer there. Maybe they want to complete shortlisting stage before revealing the numbers.

Please can someone guide me on what to do? I tried to apply Last week and created my profile online after imputing my NIN and it showed me that a link has been sent to my email address *Yahoo, that i should click on it in my mail to continue the application process, but i never saw any link in my inbox or spam folder. And i can't again, it keeps saying that my NIN is already in the system that i should but no link was sent to my email. And there's no number to call to complain to. Please did anyone else experience this issue?

Chat them online. I had the same issue. They asked me to supply a Gmail address to replace my yahoo address. They did the replacement for me. I only saw the link in my Gmail.

They missed road and sent similar message to me. I don't know these people are also in Akwa Ibom. I thought their operations are limited to Lagos.

Aggregate Technical, Commercial and Collection Losses.
Technical Losses are losses due to copper and Iron losses from transformers, resistance of wires and cables etc

Commercial Losses are losses due to meter tampering, unbilled customers, faulty meters etc

Collection Losses are losses due to amounts not collected from Billings.

I am also an applicant like you with IE for a position other than ESR. I also received 'Keep in View' mail. I only advised people that got the offers not to be discouraged based on my little experience in the power sector.

However, you can believe that your offer will soon come. Faith is the assurance of things hope for, the conviction of things not seen.

The keep in view varies. Some was sent a regret mail and still have keep in view in the mail.e.g 1) Regret mail like " we are sorry u didn't meet to the standard but still keep ur information in view incase of other vacancies. While another says 2) the interviewers were impressed with ur person and so we will keep u in view for vacancies in the nearest future.


That's my frnd observation, does the two mean regret mail, if u knw someone working there, please help us ask.

Congratulations to you if u have gotten an offer. I wrote earlier that ATC&C is a great challenge to all DISCOS in Nigeria and every job has its own challenge(s). Don't be discouraged! I think with the new electricity policy in Lagos and Nigeria as a country, ATC&C will be reduced and the job will become more interesting.

I have always wondered why they keep recruiting for the same positions every 3 months. If some people don't get sacked people won't get employed. I hear the job is very demanding and one needs to meet their targets. I even heard people resign voluntarily.

All DISCOS in Nigeria have a challenge of ATC&C. A worker may not be sacked for unsatisfactory performance in collection except such poor performance is linked with either direct or indirect fraudulent activities.
