Dear Nigerians,

I refer to those of you who were wise enough to engage in farming activities this rainy season... I'm sure and I sincerely hope that you can all see the handwriting on the wall and how our government is not ready to take the issue of food security seriously.

Please do not eat your harvest carelessly or start dashing it to lazy people who will not farm but want to eat. Leave most of it to dry and then dehusk it and store it in your house for future use. We don't know what the future holds. You may still need it later. I hope you know semolina is made from milled corn.

Stop selling your farm products for peanuts money. You may still need those produce to feed yourself and family in the dry season. Please be wise.
