But the story says. The bank management deliberately opened this without those proper documents, that's why Access Bank is fully involved in the fraud.

What planet are you? I've experienced cases where police stopped the bike I was traveling with, took my phones, asked me my name and told me to my mates in their van. That's even one of my many times such events has happened. And of course if I had resisted in all these occasions, I would have received this same beating.
