2. Building cottage industries in every LGA that would create employment and provide sustainable financial empowerment for more citizens

or

3. Using money saved from subsidy removal for momentary, adhoc uned intervention amongst an insignificant proportion of the population (who afterall might not really be the poorest of the poor)?

NTA had always had the capacity to break pro-government news. The infrastructural capacity of NTA has always been there. All they need is a more dynamic, forward-minded staff. Government appointments are not mere tokenism. No governor will give you appointment if you've got nothing to bring to the table.
