The payment is the same in all government agencies and parastatals, LNG recognize HND more than Bsc and HND holders in Technical Engineering areas are big boys in LNG so don’t mislead your intuition

While I share your optimism, truth is that this recruitment, if ever completed, cannot favour us all. I mean realistically, they cannot select everyone. That being said, I do opine that if this recruitment were to be completed within the timeline as given by FCC it will be skewed towards those with connections rather than merit. I mean, if you look at the work experiences of those currently with NCDMB via LinkedIn, there is no possible way the final selection will be based on a series of unsupervised test, UNLESS of course the selection will be based on connections and referrals. If at any point now this recruitment were to favour those on merit list, then interviews and selection has to be done before the end of June or an extended timeline given from FCC which is unlikely seeing that everyone is pretty preoccupied with their election agendas.

FCC has sent list back to ES/NCDMB.

Timeline isn't clear. But mails would drop soon.
(APL direct is the word, you no go fit interview connected people, in that case merit people too go benefit from direct APL grin).

Fact: FCC clearance has expiration date (3 months) as we have all experienced already.
It is expected that this recruitment would be concluded within that period or na another long thing.

All the best ya'll. No need to fight or drag people who try their best to source info.
A number of times they give you details as they hear it (maybe too much info. I guess.)

NCDMB has called FCC for collection of Certificate of Compliance from FCC.
NCDMB will be picking it up within the quarter, but for NCDMB to pick up these documents, they will have to produce names & numbers of staff to be given APL, states of origin and cadar of each staff to be employed to see if the long list comply with FCC extent rules of which NCDMB claims "it's handy, ma'am". They will be coming with this list in exchange of Letter of Compliance to prove they adhere to the extent rules.

one of our good person “lek4sure” said it here that about 2000 candidates have been shortlisted for an interview coming up between 8th to 12th of March, also a good fellow said a guy working with Testmi told him his Boss gave him 600 names to work on from NCDMB but he didn’t tell him the purpose for the names even though he mentioned 75% and above to be cut-off mark because he asked the guy to checked whether their names are on that list but he confirmed to him that there was not.
Now, it’s possible after the shortlisting 2000 candidates 600 of them were having one or two false claims that needed clarification so the only way to do it is to mail them for an update which is what is going on now also certificate could be an issue because we didn’t understood during application that 2:2 degree must have masters degree and some NYSC certificate has different name others their date of birth were not corresponding to their present age all that might b

Best Analysis: 2 email sent for the 30th January Test, the earlier one states 10-12 midnight, the last one state Just 10am. Everyone who wrote at 10am never got 75% (prove me wrong showing your score at 10:45am), their scores range from 20-60%. But Guys who wrote from afternoon till midnight got 60-90%. The selection will be balanced from both end. When the interview mail begins to fly, everyone will understand better.

You’re right in your analysis. But that’s actually what it is supposed to be. Making the cutoff general will mean more engineering candidates than arts progressing to the next stage for example (assuming candidates from engineering scored better). Regardless of how engineering candidates performed, they can never do the roles of lawyers....so it has to be fair and specific
Bros don’t disturb yourself do you know how and why they call for the second exams? can’t you see people with low scores are all invited for the second exams? so it’s not about what you score rather there are other considerations attached to the exams, it’s only interview that will determine the cut-off Mark not the exams Bro just pray to be invited for the interview because your appointment letter will read “base on your performance at interview” not your exams performance please just pray to be selected to the interview

We need to lunch official petition about it.We wrote our tests as directed by their last mail at 10am on Saturday.Many wrote theirs many hours later,after seeing the questions and getting the answers.I learnt many others wrote today again and all the questions are the same.

This can only make us(the first writers) to be at disadvantage as our scores will be lower than theirs as they saw the questions and cheated.

We need equity and expects that if virtual test is not taking place at the same time,then the questions should not be the same!

True talk my brother BUT be very sure those that wrote exactly 10:00am have advantage than those written at late hours of that Saturday Testmi are not stupid they are professional just relax

At this stage, people are still racking their brains, trying to figure out the criteria they used for the 1st screening and also speculating for today's test, when there has been confirmation of someone getting a low score (27%) and still got an invitation, whereas, some others with higher scores got rejected.

As long as it wasn't disclosed and the usual people who have been giving us accurate info regarding this recruitment haven't shared anything either, please just keep your speculations to yourself and let the thread just be for relevant information.

It's really stressful refreshing the page occasionally, seeing 5-10 new pages, and upon getting to the most recent message, there is nothing really useful.
The secret of those with low marks been call are just they wrote as at when the exams started “early”

In this case, there is no dull or intelligent candidates.

The test was marred with irregularities and the malpractices. There is no way the management can select the best out of the process.

If the management of NCDMB should go ahead with the interview, then a serious minded person should forget about the process to avoid heartbreak because it already lack merit.



It’s very unfortunate that the process is marred with so much irregularities such that the cheat ones are those celebrating anyway interview will determine the best just be ready to face the best of luck to all in anticipation

This is very important question that required answer, of course there should be consideration to course of study this is oil & gas recruitment like NNPC, DPR, PEF, NLNG etc. some courses have advantages than others forget about cut-off mark which is based on state anything can happen just be prayerful
