I when I was like 13 and my mum traveled for a course, so she was away for two years. My dad's cousin (female) came to stay with us.

Everytime my mum sends clothes, she'll hide some and bring out a few. The first time she hid part of my first bra , I let it go. (She has a sister that's my age)

The second time she tried that, my sister and I went to where she hid the clothes and accessories and wore part of the clothes, she came back and noticed us wearing the clothes she hid. And she goes "who told you to take the clothes bla bla, and I replied her, I saw my name and my sister's name on it so we know it was ours, we thought you forgot to give it to us" the look on her face was priceless.

So many other things she tried, but we didn't even let her start before we stopped her. She left herself.

My dad's nephew too that came that time, everytime I go into the bathroom, and I come back into my room, he would have balanced on my bed. And I'm like thinking, dude can't you tell I need to dress up. I'll just take my clothes and dress up in the bathroom, the third time it happened, I just screamed at him, didn't care that he was way older, told him to get his stinking perverted self out of my room and give me my privacy. Of course I started to get rude to him even in the presence of my dad, and he could never scold me even when dad is telling me off for being rude.

Maybe if I wasn't as brave, I'd have been abused by my older cousin.

Please I have a couple of questions, asking for a friend

Is it illegal to buy a house(outright) in the US for the purpose of renting it out on a B1/B2 visa? Even though the buyer doesn't intend to live there.

Does doing this make you have strong ties to the US?

Is this a valid reason to apply to visit the US, i.e the person intends to state this as the purpose of visit during the interview.

Also, would you have any problems if you carry about $60,000 in cash? Any documents to travel with ?

If you didnt intend to scam her and customs seized the goods, why didnt you pay even half or set up payment plan to pay her say 15k every month. if you did this, by now you would have finished paying. 2. you claim to have had her bale since march, this is August, 5 months she has been sending you messages but you blocked her why?. If her bale has been in your warehouse since, why couldnt you send it to her all the while she was calling and pleading. Plus you've been selling but you didnt sell it to someone else... you need to include both your savings and salary . Pay slips. employment letter, leave approval letter , hotel reservation, detailed itinerary for the 7 days, and your budget i think.

1. i intend making a short trip to the UK later in the year (7days, will stay at a hotel in london). wont be going with my wife cause she cant get off work as she just got back from maternity leave. i have a few s but i will be using the statements for the savings in which i save consistently with. payments of 80k monthly as savings, current balance is about 1.1M. my monthly pay is 350kper month and i have traveled severally over the past 5yrs (training and family Vacation) i currently hold a valid US visa, as i was there earlier in the year.
How do would you advise i approach my application.

2. A friend got refused some months back cos he had a large deposit in his savings prior to his application that wasn't explained. tho in truth he was paid one of his allowances, so he simply transferred it from his current into his savings . he presented both statements, but alas.

Thanks to the person that suggested I fill the complaint form on TLS. I filled this form on Monday and in few hours I got 2 responses from Visas and Immigrations and TLS that my application has been processed and I will pick my port shortly. Today, Wednesday, I said let me go to VAC and check sef, they said it's ready. I picked it up, visa was stamped since 30th July.

As if I knew the delay wasn't ordinary. Human error tho... You guys can how I panicked about re-scheduling the hotel booking, it wasn't funny.

My was last friday, as i got the envelope i just opened and pulled out my port and saw the visa. I could hear my heart beat

finally went to pick up our ports today, and we al got it.
off point but let me share
I had a mini heart attack when i opened the port and didn't see the visa at the back as usual, I scattered the whole file looking for the refusal letter. When i dint find it, I had to go back to flipping pages.

you cant cancel or delete if youve submitted, just start a new appication all over, annoying i know. click on apply for myself or somebosy else

Hotel - No. Except the hotel insists on full or partial payment at the time of booking.

If you are refused - tough luck. That's the way it works with the schengen visa.

The embassy calls the airline to confirm the booking and if they cannot get a "yes, he's on our enger list", it's an instant refusal.

Not sure about Nigeria (but I'm guessing it's the same), the rule is 30euros a day. So if you are staying 10days in Belgium for example, 300euros bank balance will suffice. Most people do not realise that you do not need a hefty bank balance to apply or get a schengen visa.

As long as you provide all the listed requirements and the applicant is credible, the visa is almost guaranteed.

For train/coach return tickets, those will need to be fully paid for too.
