You definitely didn't turn off your auto renewal. Netsol renew their domains 3 months before expiration and they even send couple of reminders before auto renewing unlike Namesilo that deduct money without reminder.

Open a ticket like some suggested and ask for refund, then delete your card there after the refund. There is option to edit your card and there is also option to delete it.

There is option to unlock the domain before pushing it.
Search on google how to push domain on Namesilo.

It doesn't provide you with information, rather, it helps you to know repeating visitors which gives you confidence when negotiating in case they send you offers on your domains. Repeating visits usually means they need or wants the domain name badly.

Its never too late to sit up and learn. Good names expire everyday. It's not how far but how well. I have seen loads of old ing rubbish. I heard about domaining in 2011 and started in 2016. I didn't make a sale until after 9 months. Today, I reject offers in 3- 4 figures without regret. I sell in thousands of dollars. (thanks to justi4jesu for the Swift currency exchange and my Gtbank aboki. Lol) this week, I have rejected $2k offer from godaddy on a name that must sell for atleast 5 figures. All within 2 years. It takes a lot of work though. You can pick up in less than 6 months. It's possible!

I learnt about it at a seminar i attended in 2009 but didn't start until 2013. I didn't take my time to learn more, my mind was just on the money.
It really pained me considering that there are many great names that were still availabe then.
