I read your story, I don't know why I feel I should encourage you to continue to follow up. Pls don't give up, errors happen even in the ukvi! And the good thing about it is that they're not arrogant, if they make errors, they correct them when prompted. So don't give up yet...make sure you keep writing mails until at least you get a response.

So in the meantime, I will advise you defer your ission till next intake which I'm sure the school will be willing to do. The only challenge is that some of them may ask you for another POF later.

Meanwhile the only thing that came to my mind is the POF that you submitted earlier, I hope you didn't make errors, cos a lot of people borrow money and print a statement that reflects that the money was borrowed.

The best thing will always be to make sure that a day or two is left out after your money land whenever you're counting your 28days. And make sure there is no error in the bank statement.

But like I said, don't give up just yet, write home office and all. Pick appropriate email addresses from .gov.uk, somebody must answer you. Just pray and reduce worries, it's hard to say don't worry!

Happy New Year to everyone on this group and congratulations to all that have gotten their visas, I hope you all ed my story i had to reference my last post so people that have not been following can understand.

UKVI really did me dirty, and it really hurt so bad, after 59days of waiting my application finally moved to VAC and i went to tls to pick up my port to my greatest surprise there was no vignette on my port.

I spoke with them at ikeja tls they said they have no answer to that, that i should ukvi, it’s over 2 weeks i have collected my port and i have also mailed ukvi and till today ukvi is yet to respond or give me a good reason why i got my port back with no vignette on it.

I have ed my school late my school late enrollment already.

Mind you i did not get any refusal email, no nsf no interview, my pof is suppose to be 9m i used 12.5m, my visa decision was made on the 14th day after i did my biometric on the 1st of December, i was happy because i thought my application went smoothly.

Here i am still battling with ukvi trying to know why my port came back with no vignette, everything doesn’t seems right. I have been off all this while, I had to pull myself up to come write this on here for advices and solution to the next line of action.

My biometric date was on 1st of December 2022
No NSF
No Interview
Pof 12.5m instead of 9m
No refusal email
No collection email till today but i have gotten my port because i checked through the tracker.

Confirm from the person that filled your form where he requested to pick up the BRP and when you get here, go pick up.. it's not an issue that I've seen or heard of at the POE except other things are involved anyway.

Still same till now, you're very correct. But some people use their school as collection point, so the person will simply need to go there and pick it/them up. Cheers mate

Please my sister is currently in Belfast ( Ulster university), she needs someone to help her with Form A or how she can settle the enrollment before 10th. They are requesting for 50% payment before enrollment and she doesn't have it, She needs more time.

Don't look for who to help you with form A on this kind of open forum, that's a dangerous adventure.

Most schools want to just see that you have a verifiable communication with your bank and you've initiated the form A process already, they'll keep extending the date until you're finally debited.

So it is no more sound to be looking for who to bribe inside the bank and stuff like that. Besides most banks will still delay the process for around 2months irrespective of whether there's an "insider" or not and the guy go just dey give you stories.

Summary let your person start the form A process and send mails to the school first off and see if they'll extend or not. I don't know anyone in any school here whose request for extension has not been granted. So check up in her on school too.

The choice of schooling in and around London is frustrating a lot of people here already, so pls make informed decisions, most especially, don't come with family except your spouse...you might struggle a bit with accommodation issues!

In the end, it's still up to you to choose course that best fits to you immediate and future plans. If the overall aim is to leave that country, I'll advise you go for an "easy" course, cos schooling can take its toll on your other plans like working.
