There are still bulk of EHs' APLs are yet to be released while there few GTs are yet to be call. Even GTs have hope

Bulk of the APLs for EH applicants aren't issued yet. A few of APLs for GT applicants aren't yet issued also. We're waiting patiently to see how things pan out between now & November due to the ravaging flood.
