"Those who hate PMB so much that even if PMB tarred roads to their bedroom, they'll still hate him, those who love corruption far above anything, my job is to make them very unhappy, my job is to add to their sorrow. For those who hate corruption and love a better Nigeria, my job is to raise their hope..."

"In 5 years GEJ Govt earned $420b but still depleted Foreign Reserves. 24 states couldn't pay salaries, PMB earned $54b in 3 years, bailed out states, constructing railways in double standard gauge, expanding Second Niger Bridge from 2m to 7km, embarking on mass housing, reconstructing major roads across the country and still raised the Foreign Reserves by 100%....Common!!!!"

"You said the economy is worse and you said I should not talk about the past, how did you know that the economy is worse, what and what do you compare?"

If Okonjo Iweala, a woman that had seen it all could come out to say at an American conference that the SEED OF THIS RECESSION WAS PLANTED DURING THE JONATHAN REGIME DUE TO OUR LACK OF FINANCIAL DISCIPLINE, INABILITY AND LACK OF POLITICAL WILL TO SAVE. People should not blame jonathan alone for this because the profligate Nigerian Governors too are culpable. He attempted to save, but the governors demanded to take all the savings citing constitutional right. Money they took and Stole at the same time. Our case is pathetic.
Do you know that:
Obasanjo's istration earned # 17trn from crude oil sales within eight years and left behind 45bn dollars external reserves and 3.348bn dollars external debt.
Yaradua grew the reserves to 64bn dollars within just one year and the istration was able to finance 15 months of imports despite the 2008/2009 world economic meltdown. Hence, Nigeria survived the melt down because of the political will by the istration to save(a great achievement by Yaradua which most Nigerians are not aware of). Despite the tough economic reality at that time, Yaradua left 47.7bn dollars in reserves and an external debt of 3.94bn dollars. Meanwhile, the istration earned only # 9trn from crude oil sales within that short period.
Now, Jonathan istration witnessed an oil boom when Brent crude sold for over 100 dollars/barrel, with the regime earning # 51trn within a period of 5years. But because of corruption, the istration did not only squander the oil revenue but even depleted the reserves left by Yaradua, leaving just 32bn dollars and a huge external debt of 63bn dollars for Buhari. The same Brent crude sold for as low as 35 dollars/barrel at a point shortly after Buhari took over power and had only managed to climb to about 70 dollars just recently.
These are facts that can be verified. So, it's amazing hearing people criticize Buhari for the hunger in the land.
According to Fashola, Buhari's istration inherited 206 uncompleted road projects and contract arrears worth #2.1trn from Jonathan; and for about 2 to 3 years the contractors where not paid. This slowed down the economic activities, with most of the companies laying off their staff. This was when the seed of recession was sowed.
It's obvious that Buhari came in to rescue Nigeria, because if Jonathan had continued in power, the nation's economic crisis would have been worse, perhaps even the Federal government wouldn't have been able to pay salaries of civil servants by now.
According to Okonjo Iweala, Nigeria started borrowing money to pay salaries since October, 2014; but today Nigeria now borrow money for investment in capital projects.
Those who blame Buhari for the current hardship do so either out of mischief (hatred) or ignorance. So, we shouldn't the bandwagon in criticising him. He may not have done much to save the situation, considering that he is not a perfect human being but he means well for the country and can only succeed with our prayers.
May Almighty God continue to guide Buhari.

"After watching yesterday Jonathan book launch, I stand not to speak, criticise or insult any Nigeria politician again. Seeing Oshiomole shaking and hugging Saraki, Uche Secondus having good conversation with Boss Mustapher, Oshiomole and Atiku Abubaka laughing hmmm i nearly slapped myself for taking side and defending this Politicians.

OBJ s Atiku. His son s Buhari.
Doyin Okupe s Atiku. His son s Buhari. Atiku is the main opposition presidential candidate. His daughter is a commissioner in an APC Govt in Adamawa.
Bode George s Atiku. His daughter is an appointee of Buhari.
Whichever way things go, these families and many others within the ruling class, will always benefit.

Meanwhile, some of you are busy fighting, insulting, maiming and killing yourselves for them. Tell me then the meaning of foolishness. Just tell me!"

Buhari is Fulani. Atiku is. That solves Problem No 1 - Ethnicity

Buhari is a Muslim just like Atiku. That solves Problem No 2 - Religion

Buhari is 74. Atiku is 72. That solves Problem No 3 - Age

Buhari is male. Atiku was male until he became pregnant and I become confused.
Problem 4 - Gender is unresolved.

Campaign starts on Sunday.
Buhari is contented, Atiku is not. Problem 5 - Integrity

Buhari is rebuilding Nigeria, Atiku wants to take us back.
Problem 6 - Trust

Buhari is building more foreign reserves, Atiku wants to deplete it.
Problem 7 - Political will.

Buhari is free to travel to America, Atiku can not.
Problem 8 - Foreign Relationship.

Buhari is eliminating ghost workers thereby saving billions of naira, Atiku will encourage ghost workers because he has over a thousand in his companies just to steal more billions.
Problem 9 - Competence

Please you can add your own.

Buhari and his team should not worry . We know what we want and who. Atiku is corrupt, Obasanjo has no integrity, etc. All these do not move us anymore. Buhari's integrity never helps us; it has never fed us. His integrity never stops Fulani herdsmen from killing, and has never ameliorated the high cost of international business due a steep rise in the price of dollars. When the day comes, we will let Buhari and his team know if we still want them or not. They should not cry for us.
So Atiku is going to continue where obasanjo stop where did obasanjo stop self plz tell us

South West should go for Senate President, which in many ways is as powerful if not more powerful than a VP. I don't know of Obi's personality, but a VP can be powerful or not dependent on their personality.

This is how Nigerians will vote

NW - Buhari
NE - Atiku
NC - Atiku (too many Fulani killings that NC can never vote Buhari)
SE - Atiku (if Obi is indeed VP)
SS - Atiku (time to take vengeance on the loss by GEJ)
SW - 50% Buhari and 50% Atiku (especially if SW get the Senate presidency)

All Igbos in NW, NE, NC, SW, and SS - Atiku

Come 2019, Atiku is the next president
