Dont get me totally wrong. I am not saying splash cash and hope it covers up for the qualities that you lack as a man. Just saying the combination is needed is Nigeria. Females require a level of comfort to take it to the next level of considering your heart's content (at least with the current generation). A banker will not date a plumber in Nigeria no matter how good his heart is.

I am observing not judging based on the frequency of  female responses. There are lots of topics that get repeated daily on NL - even some where it is OBVIOUS that the poster is winding up the readers and yet i see females literally rip the thread apart on the regular!

Environments are different, outside of Nigeria,u can impress a hot girl simply by your approach, convo, going to a local restaurant  for a cheap  meal and cheap drinks while getting to know her better. It doesnt matter that u live in a house share, use a bus and carry a shyt fone.

THIS DOES NOT WORK IN NIGERIA! Just a fact - no criticism, A smart guy understands it is better to hate the game, not the player.

@ Pendo89, here's all i have to say , there's a deep culture of male/female bashing on this forum BUT so far so good, there does not seem to be a lot of females rallying to your side on this one. Does that not say something - the suspicious absence of female comments to your viewpoint about impressing a girl WITHOUT spending.

The whole point is not to criticise the students but rather analyse the resources, infrastructure and environment currently avaialble to the students.

I moved from conducting my experiments with my own apparatus during A Levels in D'Ivy College to being grouped - 14 people to a set of apparatus in UNILAG. One person conducts the experiment and everyone else copies the result with minor variations. The few that were serious amongst us had to find time later to go conduct the experiment ourselves and ask the reluctant lab technicians to show us how. Others didnt bother cos they ready to make a C and the rest simply settled!

Naija people and sentiments! I did not go to a private university but let's accept the facts of the situation, UI currently does not justify the past glory which keeps blinding people. The infrastructure is poor, the lecturers lack motivation, a lot of the students lack vision - scrambling for any departments available rather than choosing where they want to be.
