I would I advise you expunge any bitterness you might have against your father from your heart. I must commend you for sending him something monthly I will also encourage you to keep doing that. Having said that I would not advice you buying the car him asked for except it is for commercial use because in Nigeria of today a lot of car owners have parked their cars and are now using public transport due to high cost of fuel so you buying him a car means that maintaining the car will still be your responsibility since he is not financially stable now you can increase his monthly allowance if you can because of the high inflation in Nigeria now.
Above all your father had lived his life don't let him pull you down or stagnate you given the fact that he and your mother are no longer together so use your head.

Last Thursday would've been a day I would've become homeless and brought back to POINT ZERO (even clothes I won't have again to wear) even when i'm still trying to build myself.
I live in a face-me-I-Trouble you compound and what usually happens in such compound is not strange to many.
Where my two neighbors cook, it's just a place near the entrance of their room door as there's no private kitchen and their cylinders are not far from each other.
On the said day, while one neighbor had already put on her cylinder, burning actively and cooking, the other came back from refilling her own cylinder.
In the process of the second fixing the burner on her cylinder, the regulator cut and the gas she just refilled was released uncontrollably.
Of course there's a serious panic and they started shouting and running away, including my very self. I was only on boxer in my room when it happened and that was how I ran out with only my phone I was holding at hand.
Due to the panic nobody even thought of putting off the cylinder that was burning. We all ran out and left the area like that.
Guess what?
Even when the released gas covered the entire building, it didn't cash fire from the one that was burning.
Please, who can explain how that was possible?
It was after we didn't hear noise from the cylinder that someone checked back and the other was still burning even when everywhere was smelling gas.
I strongly believed it was God that showed Himself. Otherwise, there would've been an explosion and the entire building would've been on fire.
I returned all the praise to God for the wonder miracle that is beyond what mouth can say.
Wow!! Truly a miracle as science can't explain why the house was not engulfed by fire. This is the kind of testimony to be shared in churches and not lion flowing a person to a place an waving bye bye. And to do damage control they claimed it was a dream
