just itted too and godwin10 suggested i get the affidavit, which i did, go to any court with all your documents and list all the different names on them, and rejection, i cant say till we resume but i pray it would be accepted and i get cleared on time.

helo jonathan123, i had almost the same problem but mine was on OTHER NAMES DIFFERENCE, i swore an affidavit for name confirmation stating all the names used belongs to the same person.
think thats what you should do too

from d above, d ssce is d problem here. my last name which is d surname was supposed to be "Jonathan" but it was now "Otamere"
instead of "JONATHAN OTAMERE ENDURANCE"
it's now "OTAMERE JONATHAN ENDURANCE"
tho i went to d school were i wrote d neco nd d principal has launched a formal complaint for d name to b corrected but my fear now is dat d changes wont b able to take place before d physical clearance.
