Wow I see your dilemma, so sorry.....I used CES but not as a lawyer.

Depending on your potential CRS, you could:

1). do 2 degrees (instead of prof degree) like MumofTwins2017 was initially doing with WES (costs 7 CRS points), while trying to max out on IELTS to make up for IQAS closure.
2) send an email to CES to ask (no guarantee that the response by mail will jive with final evaluation).
3) wait till IQAS reopen in May 2020 (costs time)
4) be the trail blazer.... just try CES and see how it goes (costs money)

I truly appreciate your response. I'd see which of the options would work for me.

I have searched the entire forum and beyond, not one result pointed this out. Now that IQAS is on suspension, i really want to know if ECA from CES is a better alternative and if this is worth giving a shot for maximum (professional) points.

Kindly check if the ABS sensors are all installed properly. Did you do any work on your hubs recently ? Or better still look for anyone that has a scanner that can scan ABS systems and post codes here.
