Even the Enugu Port Harcourt rail line that the Oyinbos built for you was simply done for the sake of conveying coal from Enugu to the Onne port and nothing else.
No rail within any two places in the SE can match the importance of Lagos - Ibadan and Onwards accross the Niger to Kano.

Your mind is the feeble one here not mine. The Lagos Ibadan line is part of the Line that will go from Lagos all the way to Kano. That is the Western line.
The Eastern line links PH through to Maiduguri in that axis of the country.

Tell your senators and other lawmakers to fight for whatever they feel is their right. The SS are your current allies, maybe you can coerce them to let the Lagos-Calabar coastal line be changed to Lagos, Enugu or Lagos, Abakaliki and watch if they will agree.
