Did you read the blog? There is a lot more to it than age of consent. Besides age of consent is there for a reason. Also even if 13 year olds want to have intimate relations it does not make it acceptable or legal.

I disagree with your post. According to the blog, even if he waited 10 yrs and committed those acts he would have still committed rape. The acts she mentioned are clearly rape regardless of age.
