Hhmm, UK Immigrants don suffer.

So a, leaked memo from UK deputy PM- Angela Rayner, is suggesting raising the IHS health surcharge from current £1035 per year ( this raised £1.7billion/year). Its was £200 in 2015.

The proposal also included restriction on accessing state pensions, despite contributing National Insurance. So immigrants will contribute to the NI, but won’t get state benefits.

We need to get Nigeria working ASAP.

Dude tried, especially when we consider the way Nigerians like to steal, embezzle and give tithe on money, that is not theirs.

Japa for healthcare workers in Nigeria will continue unabated because the naira has lost so much value that the FG will literally collapse financially if Nigeria tries to compete with this wage structure.

Here is the monthly salary of UK resident doctors converted to Naira at the prevailing exchange rate:

Below are the conversions for the monthly take-home pay ranges provided for resident doctors in England (2024/25 pay scales, after tax/NI/pension deductions):

Foundation Year 1 (FY1):
£2,300–£2,500
£2,300 × 2,147.24 = ₦4,938,652
£2,500 × 2,147.24 = ₦5,368,100

Foundation Year 2 (FY2):
£2,600–£2,900
£2,600 × 2,147.24 = ₦5,582,824
£2,900 × 2,147.24 = ₦6,226,996

Specialty Training (ST1–ST8):
£3,000–£4,200
£3,000 × 2,147.24 = ₦6,441,720
£4,200 × 2,147.24 = ₦9,018,408

Can you compare how much it costs to train a doctor in UK versus Nigeria?

Can you also compare the cost of living.

I am not even saying they earn enough. But critic should be done fairly.

Overseas, it's also a status symbol. That's why many people upgrade.

IPhone 8 is still good enough. One is just buying the hype, and not a phone.

Status symbol for the poor to impress the poor.

Wike the Mr Project.

It took former Governor of Delta State Ifeanyi Okowa 8 years to construct one flyover (sub standard quality)

It took former Governor of Abia State Okezie Victor Ikpeazu 8 years to construct one flyover (sub standard quality)

It took Wike only 4 years to construct 12 flyovers in Rivers State using Julius Berger.

In just 2 years in FCT, Wike has completed 4 fly overs using good Construction Companies. All the roads are designed to last 30 years.

Wike na man you be ✅💪

Celebrating Wike for constructing projects, is like celebrating your gateman for opening your gate.

Shehu Shagari was nowhere near the presidency in the year 1964!

Thanks for the correction, I meant to say Abubakar Tafa, but the first loan was still taken in 1964.

Oya tinubu should ask let's see.

Taking off the 40 billion dollars off will ease the problem instantly we faces

Tinubu ask oh

No, you don’t still get it. The paris club loans were first taken in 1964 by Sheu Shagari to build the Niger Dam.

The debt reached $31 billion in 2004, so for 40 years we had been servicing a loan.

Obj was able to cancel by paying $12 billion, we still owed others $5 billion.

Now we owe a total of $95 billion, including external and internal. We can try to cancel, its all negotiation, but we will still need to pay at least $45 billion that we don’t have.

In other words, its negotiation, with something.

Which one be wale edun again grin

NGOZI that walked through thick and thin with Obasanjo to see that paris club write off our debt.

She was always travelling with baba like hand bag at the end we got what we wanted a whopping 12. 5 billion dollars yoke written off from our neck

How many foreign trip ( & UK trip) has wale edun gone with tinubu

Ngozi Ensures that we saved for raining days (over 45 billion + 25 billion was saved)

She Gave us the biggest economy.

She Ensure that naira remain strong.

First, getting a debt writeoff is akin to getting favours. You don’t need to work for it, you just ask.

Second, comparing both economies is unfair to Wale. Nigeria population, problems and other economic factors were significantly better.

Interesting how the part about him forfeiting over $450,000 in drug proceeds to the U.S. government didn’t make the cut. Just an oversight, or was mentioning his drug ties a little too uncomfortable?

I believe all the courts of this world has answered that. From Nigeria to USA.

David Hundeyin is a national treasure.

Did you read the court judgement?

We Nigerians are too easily manipulated, can't even deduce hearsay from facts, can't even deduce that we are being manipulated.
Can't even understand that this is a fight betwween Political gladiators using their proxies, and distracting us from the main issues.

I will give you an example. David said the Dangote refinery has never refined any petrol products, claiming dangote was embezzling money?
What did this turn out to be?

The NNPC Portharcourt refinery that was importing fuel and selling it, like it refined it, where was David the investigator?

I will ask another one, when he was granted a Cambrige fellowship by a ficticious scammer, where was his investigative skills?

The earlier Nigerians understand all this manipulation tactics from David, Ben, Atiku and Obi, the better.

Till then, lets just keep deceiving ourselves.

So without the coalition Nigerians haven't suffered enough to vote right and defend their votes?

Maybe I give Nigerians too much credit and you guys know them better

Voting right won’t stop the suffering. It can only delay it.
Ask Americans, they wanted change, changes comes with pain.

I don’t blame us, many of us barely read anything in school, talk-less of understanding the economics at play in Nigeria.

No, NorthKorea is, the reason is simple, Russian Oil. Everyone, especially Europeans will suffer.

Even Europeans sanctions intentionally added loopholes, like you can’t directly buy Russian oil, on russian soil, you have move the oil to international waters, then transfer to another ship, before selling.

grin grin, as with all bullies, Trump took on the easiest to bully.

See, the US is strong because everyone uses the $.

BRICs, made up China and Russia together with other emerging countries (which the US cannot control) are moving from $, which will weaken the US.

Now Trump has to choose between BRICs (the future) and The West (loyalty), the West of which is currently in decline.

The question is, which would you choose?
