If you people can a little while ago Cbn had to guarantee the interbank market. That was done to prevent these same 5 banks from collapse because the other banks would not have taken the risk to lend money to them, this proves the banks needed the money to solve the liquidity crisis they were experience. At this point Sanusi had a decision to make which are allow the banks to collapse, inject the capital into the banks and allow thesame people to carry on mismanaging them or inject capital and put new management in. I believe the decision Sanusi took is a no brainer, People should also that he said once the owners raise new capital themselves they can get their banks back.
 With regards to Efcc I think people are wrong to assume that they are after the bankers cause they gave out bad loans, Efcc are after them because they cooked their books and manipulated their share prices. Alot of the bad loans the bank gave to people to buy share were used to buy the bank own shares., when the stock market collapse instead of the banks to it that they were in trouble and make provisions for the bad loans in their balance sheets they instead chose to lie about it.

you people are just so stupid, you have allowed your tribal prejudices to cloud your common sense. Look more states = less power to the states and more power to the federal government. For example if we only have let say 10 states it will be alot easier for the governors of those states to oppose the federal government and demand for more resource control, Nigeria is less than 10% the size of the USA and yet we have about 36 states. I know alot of idiots in these forum like to blame the northern states for everything while forgetting the biggest thieve, which is fg by the way. if more resources control is given to the states the biggest loser will be the federal government not the northern states because at its stand the federal government keeps more money than the entire states and local government council of the whole of Nigeria combine.
     The biggest problem in Nigeria is the federal government, they insist on doing everything yet they have failed to deliver on anything at all. They have cornered the entire market from electricity to most area where government is able to make money thru tax yet they cannot even build and maintain simple highways. As it stands 80% of federal money goes into servicing the federal bureaucracy, which just happens to be the most inept bureaucracy in the history of the whole. The same thing is happening at all the other levels of government in Nigeria therefore common sense will tell you that if those new states are created money will go into servicing the states bureaucracy not into development.

what we need is less government and bureaucracy so that more of the country little resources can go into development

the weed in nigeria is really cheap and rubbish, for example you don't get skunk in Nigeria. by nigeria i mean kano and abuja cause i haven't tried any weed from anywhere else. maybe theirs some nice weed somewhere in naija

fyi scientific studies have put the ratio of gays in a given population at 4 to 10%. which means in Nigeria with a population of120-150 million the number of gay = alot. obviously no one is going to come and say they are gay in nigeria caus ethey are going to get lynched period.
