In my own view these aren't the real heroes b'cos they didn't treat the index case because he had Ebola, but because he was ready to pay his bills and they didn't know he had Ebola initially.

To me I'll rather commend the doctors at the quarantine centre in Yaba who risked all was left of the life God had given to them to come and tend for these ones. They are MY real heroes, they fought Ebola for Nigeria but First Consultant staff fought Ebola for their LIFES.

I'll always respect their tenacity in the struggle but they are taking the shine from some others.

All you need to do is to create a friendly environment for friendship to blossom. Get him talking in an environment comfortable for him and an open topic first. Then you can have a reason for another conversation the next day, and that's how it starts. Even if its asking him why he seems too quiet or asking him what he thinks about the last lecturer that didn't come. Just try to occupy his 2 minutes free time when he seems alone.
