I wasn't so good in Mathematics also. My uncle put in effort to change that. This started in SS1 and he'd teach me a topic then I'd proceed to solve all the questions in the chapter. I started getting good and it later became my best subject.

During my first year studying Medical Laboratory Science, I got all the questions I answered correctly in MTH101 exam.
These days I solve maths to unwind and "destress".

If you're that keen, duolingo from playstore and begin your spanish tutorials from there. It doesn't require much data and time. At least 15 to 20 minutes on the app daily. I've been on it for about a month now and I can confirm how good that app is. I'll push the limits from next month by enrolling in an actual online study class, then get the certification. Outside my desire to migrate to a South American country, I've always had a liking for Spanish.

I've been learning Spanish on duolingo since 2021. Stopped for a while but picked up again this year. The downside is not being able to find people learning it and people to speak with.

I'm a medical laboratory scientist...histopathology major. The hardest part of my job has always been in the histo department. You have people coming in with cancer scares, some eventually turn out to be nothing while for others the diagnosis is shattering.
Having to feel the pain your patient is going through

I think it's mostly peer pressure. Every parent should ingrain contentment in their child and also ensure the child is well on his/her way to being dependent on their skills. Being confident in your abilities and harnessing them too.
Being contented ensures you do not do things you don't want to do because every one else does it. It's also normal to want to do certain inappropriate things but that moral fiber in you makes you hold back.
Personally, I've had times I wanted to do things my parents wouldn't approve of. Being the overthinker that I am, I easily loose interest cos my mind must have weighed the pros and cons and developed cold feet.
