can anyone advise on the cost range to complete the shell (structure without plastering) of a 5 bedroom twin duplex in isolo?
the plan is just simple although all the rooms have provision for toilet/bath.
Is there any major disadvantage with starting the project in the rainy season (like next month)

i mean if they have been tested and trusted in view of several scams going on now.
the info i got is that they collate funds from individuals and invest in the

Please as i intend to put money into this investment anyone who operate it at the moment
