If it has been ed and used in Nigeria for more than 6 years, it may no longer be needed.

My guess is there is a shut off switch somewhere in the vehicle that needs to be reset due to the batteries being changed. U may have triggered it by connecting the battery terminals wrongly. I may be wrong though

Recently, most commercial vehicle owners have preferred to opt for private registration and obtain hackney permit as a license to carry goods or engers. Reason is the current high cost of road worthinesss which will give them only six months if ed with commercial numbered plate.
