Very annoying and I dont get why airline are then selling tickets on that day... two of my friends were on BA flight London to lagos on Wednesday 23rd only for Ba to cancel a day before.

The real reason we later found is that NCAA is not allowing BA to fly to lagos on Wednesday, only Abuja ..... then why did BA sell tickets on that day london to lagos

Ah! Pls if you can edit, pls do because this is a very serious case of misrepresentation and deception which can land you a 10 year ban. Once you give your biometrics, UKVI can cross reference your previous application information with the current application and any inconsistent information will be termed as deception.
Even if you get away with it now, if you make subsequent applications (ie. Leave To Remain), you will need to state all your family in the UK and your birth country and listing your sister then will expose the lie.
Happened to someone recently and I was deeply pained about it because it was exactly a situation like this where an agent told the person that siblings don't count as immediate family.

The exchange rate on the date of your application (the day you submit and pay your IHS/application fee) is what will be used. Your 28-day count also has to be complete before (not after even if you print your statement after your submission) you submit your online application.

Same chances. Once the main applicant meets the T4 requirements, has his/her documents as required by UKVI in the prescribed format and es the credibility test, it's easy peasy for the dependants whether they apply together or not since their applications are hinged on the main applicant's ability to secure a Visa.

What if the fiance applied before getting married? Can he later ask his partner to apply as a dependent?
