# Obviously you are the one that do not get it, not me. You have failed to understand the difference between:

* Revival of a lost Sunnah, and

* Introducing good deeds in to Islam.

# The verse of the Qur'an and Hadith I have posted, both talk about " introducing good acts/deeds", but you are talking about "reviving lost Sunnah". Absolutely the two are different things.

* Using of microphone and speaker in Adhan, Iqamat

* Qur'an in application, book form, etc

* Harakat (vowel sounds) on the huruf of the Qur'an etc

All these were never part of Sunnah, they are introduced into Islam, and we tagged them "good deeds". Or are they Bid'ah in the definition of misguidance?

Therefore, in the definition of good deeds/acts is what those who used to celebrate Mawlud Nabiy, also placed it. How do you celebrate it, is another thing entirely.
this is it, ur above point I agree are all introduction, BUT nobody has ever said that calling adhan with loudspeaker or any of the above you mentioned, will be rewarded more than a person that do not use them,

I repeat BIDIA is practicing/introducing something new into the religion of Islam which was never practiced by the Rasool (SAW) or his companions, with the intention that after practising such an individual will be rewarded,

AlBaqir:

# Obviously that's one way of doing it. Besides, Nabi never made it obligatory upon us to fast that day. It is he that used the fasting to thank his Lord for the day he was born.

# I have clearly posted alongside the Hadith its web link for verification. Both the English and Arabic text is there for you to confirm. Kindly stop twisting a clear Hadith to suit your position.

# Besides, isn't your understanding laughable? For a fact, Nabi was primarily addressing his sahabah. Are you guys with " Salafi ideology " not maintaining that Sahabah uphold the Sunnah of the Prophet ni? The moment you understand that Hadith to mean what you proposed, then that argument becomes a myth for it will be put into your face that "sahabah forgotten the Sunnah of the Prophet and practice Bid'ah".
this is where you dont get it, the jihad by sheikh uthman bn fodio in hausaland was because the people as of that time have abandonned many practices of the khulafa'ur rasheedun and they have also innovate many practices into the religion. This a perfect example of what the hadith is explaining.

I also didnt bother to check the link U gave, Why? For years I've been arguing with people, abt the interpretation of the hadith, jst understanding a language isnt enough for a to give meaning to anything if find in that language most especially something involving religion. why dont one just read CLINICALLY ORIENTED ANATOMY byv keith L Moore, n then starts to teach, you have to go to a more learned scholar than you, check on what Ibn Umar said regarding the hadith.

Next, I came to understand that your religious belief are all based on what you read on the internet, I will advise us all to go and sit with people we believe to have more knowledge than us regarding this dean (i mean scholars from differnt sects) then at the end, lets be truthful to ourselves, and follow what we understand to be the TRUTH.

To my fellow southern kaduna illiterates, check this
Northern Senatorial (Zaria zone) 2.2million people
Central Senatorial(Kaduna zone) 2.3million people
Southern Senatorial (Kafanchan) 1.5million people

census 2006 figures

LET ME REPLY TO UR BASELESS ALLEGATIONS

1. You made mention that southern kaduna comprise of 11LGs, why? because they comprise many different ethnic groups. (*See one dumbish answer)

Ans: Senatorial districts are divided in nigeria based on similarities LGs share with each other, such similarities may include Religion, Tribe, Closeness language, Cultures, Traditions e.t.c.
Lets look at some of the criterias:

Religion Perspective
***other Local Govts will be updated***

LERE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA
Lere Local goveenment is one of the LGs that are populous in kaduna north senatorial district,

(a). it is divided into 2 state counstitiencies (Lere East and West state constituencies) both lere east (Idris Abubakar Abdullahi) and lere west (Muhammad Kabir Ibrahim) constituencies have in state house of assembly and both the two(2) are MUSLIMS. I know as you know that if Lere LG is christain majority, its residents can't afford this.

(b). Lere LG has one (1) member representing them at the Federal House of Representative, Guess his Religion, a MUSLIM (Lawal Muhd Rabiu)

(c). Lere LG chairman, even though currently a caretaker appointed by the state govt is a MUSLIM if muslims are not majority in that same LG they would have rioted just as the people of Chikun LG did when Hajiya Ladi Yahuza (a muslim was appointed as their caretaker)

(d). Lere LG consist of three(3) chiefdoms;

i. Lere Emirate headed by the Emir of Lere Bridgradier Gen. Garba A. Muhd(rtd), who double as chairman Lere LG council of Emirs nd Chiefs. He is a MUSLIM[\b]

ii. Saminaka Emirate also headed by a [b]MUSLIM
Alhaji Musa Muhammad Sani

iii. Kurama chiefdom headed by Bugwam- Kurama Dr. Ishaku Sabo Damina, the only CHRISTAIN

So, if southern kaduna is majority xtain as you say, dont you think living Lere with its brother muslim LGs in zone 1 is ok?

The most peaceful Islam is the Traditional Sufism which came together with our Islam here in Nigeria prominently by Shaykh Uthman Bn Fodio (Qadiriyya) and Shaykh Umar Futi (Tijjaniyya)

Wahhabism got rid of the Spiritual dimension of Islam for selfish interest to denounce the Ottoman Caliphate, leaving Islam with nothing but mere theories.

From John Shiklam in Kaduna

Former Vice Chancellor of the Ahmadu Bello
University (ABU), Zaria, Prof. Abdullahi Mahdi, on
Tuesday alleged that the Islamic Movement in
Nigeria (IMN) otherwise known as Shiite poses
serious threat to the security and sovereignty of
Nigeria.

He also described Iran, which he alleged as the
sponsor of Shiite, as “Nigeria’s number one
enemy”.

Mahdi, who made these allegations while
testifying before the judicial commission of inquiry
investigating the December 12-14, 2015 clashes
between the movement and the Nigerian Army in
Zaria, maintained that the IMN thrives on violence,
saying that the group operates as a state within a
state.

Giving insight into the history of the movement,
Mahdi said Shiism was introduced in Nigeria by a
Pakistani called Islamul-Haq who was a lecturer
in the department of economics at ABU Zaria from
the mid 1970s and 1980s.

“As a matter of fact he tried to induct me into
Shiism but I refused. He however succeeded in
luring Ibrahim Al-Zakzaky who was a student in
the department of economics.

“Islamul-Haq house became a laboratory for the
recruitment centre and induction of Shiism ” he
recalled.

Tracing the activities of the Shiite, Mahdi recalled
that in 1979, residents of Zaria and the university
community woke one day and saw how Bill
boards, public and private buildings, tarred roads
and public places were adorned with the slogan
“Islam only”.

He said from his personal experience and
authentic information he had gathered, violence
rather than peace has characterized the activities
of Shiite in Zaria, Sokoto, Gombe and elsewhere.

According to him, the movement is very
organized and operate a state within a state.
Giving further details about how the Shiite
operates, Mahdi said: “Generally they operate in
cells, in complete secrecy, the cells are spread
across many parts of the country, especially in
Northern Nigeria.

“There is a kind of Central Working Committee
which meets frequently under the leadership of El-
Zakzaky. At the state level, each state has a
governor and a secretariat.

“At the central and the state levels, they have
committees such as education, finance,
recruitment and logistics.

“They have well organized training programmes,
especially for the training of cadets and different
categories of militia.

Iranian envoys and probably specialized groups
from Iran offer them ideological and other forms of
training, especially military training, this can be
observed from the video clip.

“There is reason to believe that Shiite are
patronized or ed by some politicians and
even some ruling houses who are not on the
throne. I have observed this development for
sometime.

“Without the active of the Iranian and local
elite, they will not arrogate themselves to the
power they flagrantly display.”

Continuing, he said: “Some Shiites are now
occupying top positions in the civil service and
government. They provide Shiite with ideological,
psychological and financial as well.
Iranians use money as a tool for recruitment into
Shiism in foreign countries.

“Residents of Zaria and its environs for years have
been asking if there is a government in this
country at all! There was clear breakdown of law
and order in Zaria for many years to the extent
that even the security agencies were living in a
state of trepidation.

“Shiite propaganda gave the youths false hope
regarding their future, that the emergence of an
alternative government in Nigeria was imminent-
a Shiite government under the control of
Zakzaky,” he further said.

He added that the activities of Shiite have serious
security threat to the stability and integrity of
Nigeria. They constitute security threat to all
communities they are found in the minority.
“Iran, their sponsors are well known for exporting
terrorism all over the world. Iranian government
use Shiites minorities as tools in Muslim
countries or countries with a sizable Muslim
population.

“They exist in foreign countries to interfere into
their internal affairs. They subvert governments
and compromise their sovereignty. Lebanon is a
case in point……

There cannot be any doubt that Iran is the
number one enemy of Nigeria,” he submitted.

ZariaMayhem:

The heavy gunfire and sounds of grenades all through the night suggests just one thing: both Shia and Soldiers are using guns.

But wait and see what Shaikh Ibrahim Zazzaky will say in a press conference, "We didn't use guns. We don't have guns."

Raising a gun against soldiers means raising gun against the Nigerian state. This people don't mean peace neither do they represent it.

They have enjoyed the lackadaisical look of previous governments who let them to believe they are above the law. Governments have been mild with them. They were given so much leeway to disturb people's normal activities and get away with it. I'm afraid the change mantra won't tolerate nonsense from anyone, any longer from now. The gesture or melodrama of the army since yesterday shows that everyone is urged to behave themselves henceforth.

After yesterday's brief face-off, this is the statement of the Nigerian army,

"...This kind of behaviour will not be tolerated from any individual or groups and should not be allowed to repeat itself".
The statement urged “all Nigerians to continue to be law abiding and remain conscious of other people’s right to life, freedom of movement and age." From this statement comes the new "no nonsense" face this government is wearing.

Shaikh Zazzaky's followers had in 2013 blocked a then incumbent Governor, Alh Mukhtar Ramalan Yero from entering Gyallesu, a ward under his state of Kaduna. The Governor was made to get out of his car and trek into Gyallesu where he was heading. Because they got away freely with it, they decided to repeat it yesterday with the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai.

May Allah SWT grant us peace. May He save us all the trouble.
