Recently I met a guy in my street, I often see him seated in front of his house every morning on my way to work and evenings.... He will wave at me everytime I , so one day I stopped and we started talking. I asked him why he always stay there and what he does for a living, he told me he has nothing doing... Though a graduate but no work yet, he is staying with his uncle for now.
I felt for him, at that age he should be doing something better for himself, so I asked him how he can be helped... He just smiled and said, if only I can get small capital to rent that shop there(pointing at a locked shop) I will start charging phones and doing POS.
I was impressed so I told him to make enquiry of the financial cost of starting the business and get back to me. That same evening while going home, I stopped and asked him if he has done that and he told me the whole thing will cost roughly 300k. So the following morning I sent him 500k. However, to make him get serious with the business, I told him he will pay back the 500k within a year and he was very happy.

To cut the story short, within a month of starting the business... I was surprised when he came to my house one Sunday evening with his mom and uncle with so many gifts to thank me for what I did for him. That wasn't all.... He has saved 50k from the business and brought it to part pay for the 500k. I was surprised and overwhelmed with joy seeing the happiness on his face. So I jokingly asked him how much he makes from the business.... And he said on the average 15k per day... And that it's because of the cash constraints... That assuming he has more cash he will be making more money. According to him, the phone charging pays him not less than 5k daily and the rest from POS transactions. I was happy and told him to add the 50k to the cash... And I will let him know when to start paying back ( just to ginger him to work harder).

As a statistician, I've always believed in the powers of deductive inference based on sampling.

INEC has ed over 94% of the Presidential Results on the IREV Portal. Now there are people who believe that the result announced by INEC is significantly different from the result ed on IREV. I decided to randomly select result sheets from IREV and collate. The sample size was 314 result sheets. That sample size was gotten from an online sample size calculator. The result is very interesting.

RESULT
So after collating the result sheets from randomly selected 314 polling units, APC got a total of 15394 votes. LP got 10430 votes. NNPP got 2613 votes. And PDP got 11533 votes. So APC got the majority of votes followed by the PDP, then LP and finally NNPP.

This means INEC declaration is in tune with what's ed on IREV. However I noticed that the result for Rivers State is very strange. My collated result shows LP has more than 4 times the votes gotten by either APC or PDP.

So in conclusion, the IREV result is almost exactly what INEC declared. The only discrepancy is that of Rivers State. I might have to inspect that of Rivers State even further in my next analysis. But despite the Rivers State discrepancy, APC won fair and square based on the results on IREV Portal. I say this with 95% confidence.

Whether the results from IREV is authentic or not is a matter for another discuss. My focus was just to use the results I saw on the IREV Portal.

You could still be wrong sir. Mere 314 polling stations is inadequate to draw conclusions. What if you chose results from places where the APC had the highest votes and the LP the lowest. Example, the middle belt. Your entire 314, though you selected them randomly, could come from that region. Now imagine that you picked like 70% of that 314 from Lagos and plateau states unknowingly, your conclusions wouldn't be same as you claim now.( Lagos and plateau states being states where the LP which came third in the announcement had crazily high votes)
Even if you decided to pick evenly randomly from each state, your result wouldn't be adequate to draw your kind of conclusion. As you could still have made a one-sided selection.
In a nutshell, my point is, you need all the results of all the polling stations to be able to draw a conclusion.

All these forgotten expired yeyebrities found a new way to chase clout and Sneak into limelight again by using Election issue to cookup lies.

I wish police can take up some of this matter very seriously, during investigation you will be shock to find out that most of them dont even have PVC. They will just dress up and be going from one polling unit to another looking for who is going to pinch or march their toe so they can run to social media for their 3hours of internet fame.

We have not had one single report of bully or voters suppression from our celebrities here in the north even though most of the elections here are tightly contested. But in the south, chochocho around, yet they will still produce less voters turnout than the north.

Southerners pay attentions to worthless things and people who dont even worth it. Reason why people go around looking for cheap internet content for fame.
