What country did she get the ban from?As long as the ban for misrepresentation wasnt from Canada,they are good.However,let him declare every single thing that led to the ban and explain nicely in LOE.Good luck.

Her hubby wants to apply for Express Entry, she asked me if he will be also inissible since they are married even though the lady is not accompanying.

Should her hubby carry or will be have to wait for her?

Note: they both have an understanding about his movement plans.

I am only thinking of adding the certificate and memorandum because i have mentioned the company as part of her work history under PERSONAL HISTORY.

If you have not, you can add it to your personal history and put part time like this (part-time) by the side to cover all bases.

Hi seniors,please help;

I am POST ITA and the primary applicant. My name is listed as part of the shareholders under Memorandum and Articles of Association of my wife company.I did not claim any point for her work history but i have filled the company name under her personal history as her work experience,hence the need to provide document that shows she manages the company.

I am an employee of another company which i have declared pre-ITA to secure ITA,now am worried wont that raise a red flag if i her company memorandum of association showing my name as a share holder?

Seniors,your comments on this please.

I was denied a visa to in late 2016 (money was not enough in my for intended duration of stay in according to them). I however applied again, I was given the schengen visa, went to in 2017 (for 3 months) and in 2018 (for another 3 months). I came back to Nigeria each time before my visas expired. So does my first visa rejection in 2016 mean I was denied entry?


(I have not even gotten ITA but I'm hopeful.)

Callertune,adevictor,phillips n co.I seriously need your help regarding mode of payment.i was offered ission to study executive masters in information technology(MTECH).I haven't been able to visit the school personally but have got some1 in ife(a student) trying to assist with the payments.he has actually helped getting d acceptance and access card which i just discovered not to b necessary for dis particular program(executive master).I was later informed about making payments through etransact.I am actually planning going der myself next week.I will however appreciate more information from u guys regarding mode of payments(both acceptance and fees) concerning dis program..

@adevictor,thx for the info.I was refering to acceptance fee card I bought for 20k and the access card of 600naira.I have been able to input the serial number and pin for the access card but that of acceptance is what I am having issues with.the link for paying fees isn't accessible on my .

No... Access Charge and Acceptance fee are not the same....
the access Charge is 600naira (you have to buy the Access Charge scratch card first)... you wont be able to do anything on the site until you do that
