Sultan8: True that strong connections help fill up these places but there has been some level of transparency in the recruitments of some of the agencies NNPC and FIRS recruitment was probably over 50% based on merits |

Drella: Maybe not problematic. The chances are not as high as other fields but tax principles are the same. But have I seen tax people move to other countries? The answer is yes |

Drella: I know people across the three lines that have moved and are still moving. |

Drella: They can actually work anywhere, as long as you have quality experience and relevant certifications. I know many who went to UK and Europe in the last two years. I also know a few that went to work in the US and canada (fewer that the UK folks) |

PropertyOffers: Idk if you're police o but I weep when I see the wickedness these guys unleash on common Nigerians who have nobody to protect them. I know there must be good ones among them. The last good one I knew was when I was child. |

Unfortunately, you lost you home long ago. A man is the head of a family and it goes the way you steer it to go. So if it fails, it's on you. You are in a car for one hr and you both dont talk, right? If you raised a discussion, would she she keep quiet? So for the one hr you both were thinking about your personal businesses and didnt have anything to share. You should be ashamed of yourself for allowing a young lady at work to get you all in the name of compatibility. You probable married her because she's virtuous, so why arent you leading a morning devotion session? You want a therapist to tell her to stop her devotionals? I can blame you a 100 times but let me stop the blame and get to action. 1. Tell the Delilah at the office that you realised you have gone far with her and tell her you are reducing your exposure (except you dont have balls to it your mistake) 2. Tell your wife that you appreciate her spirituality and you want to her to do more. So start by reading the bible as a family everyday. You can do 10 verses daily. then discuss learning points and pray with her. You will see she loves to talk. she is not talking because you both dont have congruence. 3. Stop thinking about what she did wrong in the past and recount the good things you know about her, then your appreciation would grow. Stop thinking about whether you saw red flags during dating or not. 4. Your love making should not be a mechanical activity, done only when yo are Hot or when you want to make babies. Look for other soft ways to start and romanticise every activity. I will stop here. If you havent told the Delilah at your workplace by 21 May 2024 that you are cutting ties with him then you are no better than a goat, sir. Enjoy your marriage 1 Like 1 Share |

Gbadugbakun: This is closes to what I have in mind. However, if there is any possible case where he/she may have borrowed up to 900k from many lenders, it means she has a good credit record with them and with a fairly means of income. Op, like you said that you have a business that is better than teaching and working as salesgirl, why not concentrate in the business and start paying up your loans gradually. Even if they are coming after you, ask them you want to negotiate a new repayment plan. Well, except you're looking for where to leach on I wish you the best |

carojody: Hey I dont think you married a wrong woman. Most marriages have a hard start in the first year, reason being that you have never lived with the person as a committed mate before. Even if you dated so closely, it still happens. I dont think she has done anything too bad yet. Many working class women have some element of pride in marriage because they think they are doing you a favour. What I think is that you should first be on the positives, stop complaining and start working to get your family off to a good start. You may read to read this article below which also helped me when I newly got married and experienced something similar https://www.jw.org/en/library/magazines/wp20100801/survive-first-year-marriage/ |
