Soludo wan finish una with propaganda. I lived in one of the lodges mentioned here and I still visit an acquaintance there from time to time, which puts me in the best position to debunk the claim of a free WiFi network installation. Truth is, there is a WiFi system installed there but IT IS NOT FOR FREE. There is a subscription fee you have to pay before using it and the thing rarely works. The name of the lodge is Novena lodge, Ifite Awka

Truly, the devil lives amongst us in the form of human beings. Jonathan, like Obasanjo, was fair in the distribution of appointments. You guys should stop insulting the sensibilities of sane Nigerians with this childish but sinister lies.

NPF is the principal law enforcement agency in Nigeria. If not because of persistent inefficiencies within the force and our penchant for duplicating offices, I don't see any reason why EFCC and NDLEA should be existing. The two aforementioned agencies can be argued to be specialists but the truth is that they are doing the job of the police.

Soludo is just branding everything in Anambra state with his "Solution" nonsense. Imagine a governor, a celebrated economist for that matter, going to commission such mini structure. The fleet of heavy and fuel hungry armored vehicles that followed him there... What a waste of scarce resources. These are the kind of things that should be left to LG chairmen, not a state governor. Well, I am not surprised. His government has been mediocre so far

Since IPOB armed "the worst of us" in Ala Igbo under the guise of ESN, peace and security have eluded SE. They unleashed a bloodthirsty gang of carjackers, kidnappers and murderers who waste no time to hurt those they claim to be protecting. Tufiakwa! Ife melu ndi Igbo

You're collecting all that taxes (which translates to IGR), yet Ogun state has nothing to show for it in of infrastructure. The state has one the worst road network in SW. Obviously, IGR isn't a net indicator of development; it doesn't tell the full story.

The funny thing is that whatever a Yoruba man accuses others of, he is usually the real culprit. They just have a way of projecting themselves on others. With the epidemic of ritual killings and skull mining currently ravaging South West, you still had the guts to call Anambra "the land of cannibalism". Talk about audacity and daftness.

Most modern choppers have at least two gas turbine engines, not just one. It's just the main and tail rotor assemblies that have critical single points of failure.

Tehran, the capital of Iran, even with the military might of the Iranian regime isn't safe for anyone. Israeli agents operate there like it is a suburb of Tel Aviv. I can count the number of VIPs that have been killed there by Mossad. Hezbollah, before the start of the current war, was touted as a formidable force that Israel won't dare to mess with. Today, virtually the entirety of its leadership has been wiped out by the IDF. It's not about brute military force, it is about alliance, strength of intelligence and leadership quality. That Israel is wiping the asses of Hamas and Hezbollah today isn't about the strength of its military only, it is mainly because of the capability of its intelligence network. The Iranian regime isn't even safe as we speak, Israel in conjunction with US already infiltrated its ranks.

The for Hamas in Gaza is waning, same with Hezbollah in Lebanon. Majority of Gazans are now questioning the rationality of the October 7 attack which brought them nothing but extreme suffering. Also, most Lebanese aren't happy with Hezbollah for bringing the Israeli war machine to their doorsteps. After this war, a lot is going to change in Gaza and Lebanon. There's nothing like ideology when the people are truly fed up

You always bring up this watery, baseless and self defeating "Ibadan is an ancient city" argument as if it is more ancient than New York, Rome, London, Damascus, Tyre (Lebanon), Cairo and Jerusalem. Yet these aforementioned cities (some in volatile and wartorn countries) no matter their centuries old history still look modern today. Even in Nigeria, similar ancient cities like Kano and Benin city aren't this ugly looking.

Saying that Iran can singlehandedly fight Israel is such a stupid and thoughtless thing to say. Iran heads an alliance called the Axis of resistance, through which it has been indirectly throwing punches at Israel. The Syrian regime, Houthis in Yemen, IRI in Iraq, Hamas in Gaza and West bank and Hezbollah in Yemen. If it is just Iran alone, Israel would have sent the Mullahs to hell. Don’t worry, Governor Peter Obi will have a press conference tomorrow when he returns from the Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF) meeting in Abuja. I heard he sacked the finance commissioner last night. I don’t know, but my guess is that it is not unrelated with this humongous loan that Prof Soludo is about to take.
