A mechanical engineering team led by the immediate former Minister of Power, Prof. Chinedu Nebo has disclosed its invention of an innovative renewable energy powered generator.
The engineering team said the power system would completely run on renewable energy sources like sun and biomass to generate electricity without fossil fuel.
It codenamed the power invention ‘power-seed wed machine’. The preliminary details of the system was presented to the Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Ogbonanya Onu on Monday in Abuja by Nebo when he paid Onu a visit in his office.
According to him, his engineering team had spent time on the design which he said would be the next generation of power systems they would deploy, having also invented a power system that uses minimal fuel to generate optimum electricity.

Hello people. I've been seeing lots of ads for plots of lands for sale at Ibeju-lekki. While many of them mention the prospective development opportunities around there like the "international airport", "free trade zone", etcetera, I'm interested in getting a property around there because of Pan-Atlantic University (it's actually the only big thing that's there already). I'm worried about some of the " estates" on offer without being gazetted and without C of Os.
I initially planned this thread to find out about people's experiences with PWAN homes, but I'll also like to know if anyone has actually paid for and been allocated a land at Ibeju-Lekki. If anyone has, how did you go about it? Which 'agent' did you use? Is the land gazetted? etc.
Please contribute if you have info or even questions about them.

According to them, the warranty does not cover physical damages. Call the Carlcare centre nearest to your location. You'll find their addresses and phone numbers online.

Reboot your phone. However, you may not have stable internet service until you receive their sms that "your BlackBerry service has been activated". It took about 36 hours and many reboots before I could use it the first time.

Guys, someone should please post a link where I can resolve the Infinix hot IMEI issue on Etisalat.
I sent DATA to 8186 and got a reply that my "device imei is invalid". The imei numbers on the phone pack are the same with what I saw when I dialled *#06#. However, it showed a 14-digit imei that's different from what I have in my phone. What can I do?

I know of a Photographer in Lagos who charges more than N200,000 naira for a single event or contract. Imagine this guy getting 5 contracts in a month. Do the math yourself!
A Photographer in Makurdi-Benue state that I know of, charges a minimum of 70,000 per event (e.g. Weddings), and he is usually booked virtually all Saturdays to cover weddings especially during the December peak periods.

Bear in mind that these people also spend a lot of money on production, so you shouldn't go into the business with the intention of raking in millions after a few months.

You can start this business on a small scale with just N50,000 naira, which is actually the cost of a Blackberry phone being used by a jobless graduate waiting for the so called “white collar job”.

N50,000 can only buy you a point-and-shoot camera which you definitely cannot use to cover any event. It could buy you the camera and a small photo-printer though, if you already have a small generating set and an umbrella which you can use to set up a mobile photography stand in one of these institutions.

Go under an established Photographer to learn the trade before launching out on your own. Good luck
