Meanwhile, Pastor Bakare thinks otherwise after visiting Buhari and suddenly changing side. I wouldn't be surprised if APC imposes a northerner with a Yoruba pastor as his vice on Nigerians in 2023 by force. Until Nigerians start saying and acting on the truth like this Catholic bishop, this country would only get worse.

Buckeyemedia1:so the need for rotational presidency is not a truth, are you ok with the next president been a northern Muslim? Natural justice demands that the next president should be from the southeast. 7 Likes |

Just a visit to Buhari and this man turned out like this? I'm speechless. All these yeye pastors would never the truth or natural justice, all they care about is what they would gain from the system, this includes Osinbajo. All human beings have a sense of right or wrong, let's be guided then by our conscience.

Iyaebe:the return of the bride price have a symbolic meaning in Igbo culture rather than the value of the money, (it a chump change), unless that bride price is returned, they're still legally married by Igbo customary law and any child that she conceived from another man must be accepted and provided for by the husband including having a claim to the husband's inheritance whether the husband likes it or not, if her father refuse to return the money, the husband must announce that he had forfeited the money to the attention of both families. Unless the money is repaid, the woman can't remarry, the return of a bride price means divorce so the husband is calling for a divorce. 310 Likes 14 Shares |

The three biggest threat to the Nigerian society is homosexualism, polyandry especially among our women who have now become mostly prostitutes at least while still single and the baby mama/ widespread divorce. Destruction of Nigeria by the political class is one thing but destruction of Nigerians by themselves at a personal level is worse because all the three misdeamours listed above leads to personal economic destruction in addition to societal economic destruction.

Nobody sees Nigeria as their country so it's a free fir all looting, the North are not only looting but are borrowing massively to develop their region, search for oil, integrate their region with the economy of Niger republic, use railway to link their region directly to the southern ports etc so should Nigeria break up tomorrow, they would have built up their region while leaving the south with massive debts. Meanwhile, the south is busy playing monkey politics against each other.

Colleges of education should be scrapped, there's no place for NCE holders in the Nigerian economy with the prolificatin of degree holders, in the east, colleges of education are either converting to universities or now offering degrees in conjunction with nearby universities. These newly established colleges of education wouldn't be financially sustainable due to poor patronage.

Deathisfree:you expect too much from Nigerian ladies, they're born liars by nature, just warn her and ignore this issue, however, never trust a Nigerian lady, no matter how religious or well behaved they have been, also don't make her believe that she can do anything to you and get away easily, she make it a daily routine to do so. But for this small issue, warn her severely and ignore it henceforth. 1 Like |

Yesterday, i saw a video circulating on whatsapp of a young man allegedly killed and abandoned at Ihembosi junction by soldiers for no apparent reason. The Southeast is under siege and the rest of the world would do us a favour by placing sanctions on the Nigerian government officials especially placing an arm embargo on the Nigerian army because they're wasting a lot of innocent lives especially through bombing of innocent villagers.

Bandits on Tuesday evening killed 10 people and injured 11 others in Yasore village, Batsari Local Government Area of Katsina State. The bandits were also said to have looted several houses in the village during which they stole money, phones, clothes, foodstuff and other personal items. Residents said the assailants also rustled several domestic animals after they had set ablaze scores of houses and food barns. It was learnt that the bandits, who were armed with sophisticated weapons, swooped on the village on motorcycles at about 6.30pm. They were said to be on a reprisal attack. Residents said that the bandits operated for several hours before they left the village because the telecommunication shutdown in the council prevented residents from seeking early assistance from security agencies. Although residents said 16 people were killed in the operation, the Police put the figures of the dead at 10. . It was further learnt that the dead were buried on Wednesday morning. A visitor to the village on Wednesday described the situation there as “sympathetic,” as he claimed that youths were seen preparing graves for the burial of the victims, while many residents were said to be bemoaning the losses they had suffered in the attack. Spokesman for the Katsina Police Command, SP Gambo Isah, confirmed the incident but insisted that the bandits were on a revenge mission at the village. “The bandits were on a reprisal attack. Ten people were killed in the incident, while 11 others were injured. “Recently, of Yansakai (outlaw local vigilante) have been going round the community, killing the Fulani and the bandits went there on a revenge mission. “It is unfortunate. Any member of Yansakai caught henceforth would be treated as bandits. Yansakai remains outlawed in the state,” Isah said. https://punchng.com/bandits-kill-10-injure-11-in-katsina-community/?amp |

An uneasy calm had enveloped Emene, a suburb of Enugu metropolis following the alleged killing of an Igbo boy by a Fulani herdsman on Saturday. According to an eyewitness, the trouble started when the Fulani herdsman accused the victim, whose name was given simply as Temple of tresing where his cows were grazing at Obinagu/ Onuogba Nike Community estate by Ogbuagu Crescent Emene. The eyewitness said the herdsman drew his dagger and stabbed the victim to death after he (the victim) questioned him whether the land he was grazing his cows belonged to him. “When he (Fulani herdsman) noticed that his victim had died he took to his heels,” said the eyewitness. The eyewitness, however, noted that some of the local vigilante who were ed by residents apprehended the assailant and handed him over to the police. When the State Police Public Relations Officer, Daniel Ndukwe, was ed on telephone, he said, “Please my brother I am busy, can you send me a text message on the incident.” However, as of press time, he had yet to respond to The PUNCH inquiry. https://punchng.com/police-feign-ignorance-as-herdsman-stabs-challenger-to-death-in-enugu/?amp |
