Hello house,

I know it's important for self sponsor applicant to show the source of POF. But for someone like me that owns a business, it's a ed business with CAC but the certificate I have is only "certificate of registration of business name" it does not show my personal name. My questions are:

1. Is this what Self-sponsor applicant who owns a personal business need to submit. (see example from picture)
2. As it doesn't show owners name, how will the Visa officer knows it belongs to the applicant?
3. Is there any other documents that need to be submitted to show I own the business?

The mistake people make in CAC is that they submit only certificate (it doesn't carry your name as owner)
submit the documents too that shows you are the proprietor

Yes they do..

Even after submitting your port, they still do like a final check to make sure everything is on deck as regards the application before stamping the Visa on the port...

so they call banks to re POF docs? cuz my FD expired today and I have concerns that bank might say the FD ha expired (the the FD document is authentic and the contract wasn't terminated it just expired),

I don't know if they ask banks that kind of question about it being active or they just ask if the FD doc submitted wasn't falsified

Am sure the VO would have called your attention to that if it was necessary, but Atm it’s your medicals that is needed.

I don’t understand why you worry much, you were told to go for medicals not to explain POF. Just go do your medicals and leave the rest for the VO.

I just hope they don't check my POF again after I submit medicals and then find out my fixed deposit as expired

Hello guys i need your help
i just got a medical request from IRCC and am yet to do my medicals, my issue is the fixed deposit I used as on of the POF for my application will end tomorrow, will they still check my documents again after medicals?

MY INITIAL POF WAS 52K and 46k without FD or if FD is removed, I still exceed the minimum POF required

DOES MEDICAL REQUEST MEAN SURE PPR or it's subject to a final review?
