To be sincerely with you Nigeria doesn’t have database for Birth cert. what Eco want to confirm from NPC is the date of issued. I agreed that you have ed for one from NPC office before , but to be candy with you .Nigeria citizen can get birth cert as much as you want in Nigeria.

I when my wife changed birth cert of our kids due to different names she’s using on her credentials and port, she went to local government of our new residential along with previous birth cert to issued new one correspondence with the previous issued date.

Nothing like NPC as documented and moved to Abuja, because Nigeria doesn’t have any data base for Citizen not to talk of birth cert.

Please what exactly do you need it for, is it for the same complain as the previous person?

I eventually got a collection email few days back after visiting TLS again with the instruction letter from UKVI to release my port.
UKVI gave me the most frustrating times of my life in 2022 both financially and emotionally. I lost 2 travel scholarships (Asia and Europe) because of their delay in returning my port (over 4 months) for nothing. I realised that £55 payment VI is nothing but an offering. If not for the letter I took there physically, I doubt if I will ever get my port back.

Yes, they'll want to frustrate you at any slight mistakes, I'd suggest you do it, unless they didn't notice the name arrangement on the birth certificate on the day of capturing which is highly impossible especially if you are team DIY

Good morning, I'm a first time new applicant,yet to capture. Just discovered the date of birth on my application form printed is wrong ie error year of birth. Does anyone know how this can be resolved? Do I need to make an affidavit for correction of DOB? Can it be corrected at the point of capturing?

If you're looking to get your NPC birth cert to use locally applying for port or other things within Nigeria or attestation+birth cert for visa application or any other thing you need it for internationally, we can do it for you without leaving your house

Our office is at ifako ijaye general hospital ask for NPC office within the premises should in case you want to come do it yourself.

Please how can I get an Immigration Lawyer here in Nigeria? Should I just visit the immigration office.
Its over 14weeks now without my port and its really damaging having lost a lot.

UKVI replied me to visit TLS directly that they have been instructed to return my port while TLS keeps telling me the embassy has not returned it. Whereas security guard won't allow me in at the embassy (Lagos). This damage is so unbearable.

I'm not even expecting a vignette I got a refusal letter since October 21st..Biometrics done sine September 2nd.

I feel the only option I have is to get an Immigration Lawyer..please who has worked with one and how fast is the process and cost?
