No, I don't think so because your fellow woman wouldn't vote for you. Yes, possibly if they don't have 'Etthe ke te' craftyness. on a more serious note anybody can excel if they apply their minds to it, if given the chance and and the person is fair and selfless. Sex, colour, race. tribe and religion is just invetion of the devil that he uses to separate us from achieving greatness. Competence is the key and should be. Our prayer should be that God in his infinite mercies to give us the best person to lead us right with wisdom with a clear vision. Amen. |

Yeah they can change Nigeria. . . . into a theater of absurdities where hair dressers hold the nation to ransom.

to me is yes but we must first of all consider the change u are talking about here and the type of nigerian woman u are talking about. change we know can come in two different forms viz; negative and positive change so u will tell us the type of change we are expecting from the women. on the other hand, nigerian women could be classiffied into two major brands viz; the iwealas and the ettehs so when u choose the type of change u are talking about, relate it to the brand of woman u mean, we will be back to sought out the possibilities of of each group bringing the expected change based on the above mentioned types of change. biblically, Eve single handedly brought change to the world so what about nigeria a drop of water. women u are too much |

@Poster. I do not believe it has to do with Gender at all. Granted there are some Nigerian women out there who have a lot of good to give but even they need to understand that they would have to work on making a difference. No one will approach them to hand them the baton and say " here, go save the country". In there way, many women are already working to change Nigeria and continue to break down walls to get to where they feel they can make a difference. But if you ask me, Today, more than ever, Nigeria needs more and more women who will not only work to change the world but start right by making sure to teach their children to do right. Women as mothers have the greatest power already. A mother can choose to raise her kids to grow into right citizens and if mothers will start today to educate their kids on why it is not ok to step on others or steal to please them, I am sure that will go a long long way to changing that country for the better. I believe Women already have the power, what have they been using it for should be the question. We can call for another WOMEN'S MOVEMENT MEETING but we all know that it has brought even as much bad as it has good to women around the world. I say women should try to get back to the basics, deal with the more important things and where they have the most power in the world, raising their kids right. |

@Poster That would depend on the woman. The most brutal dictators and the most useless leaders in nigeria's history have all had women behind them spending the money they stole lavishly. And maybe even pulling the strings. |
