Its best you ed your host service provider for issues regarding their service.

For your said request do the following:
Get the present nameservers your domain is on
Get their IP address(es)
Get into your domain management and create nameservers on your domain with the IP addresses.
Once created, change your domain nameservers to the newly created ones.

Allow 24-48 hours for any DNS changes/propagation to take effect.

No1 Question) does your reseller package allows for private name server ? if yes it ok to proceed then:

No2 Question) do you have access to your domain DNS management, e.g a client area where you can change name server, A records, and private domain. ?

If no is the answer to No 2 Question : collect the IPs of the name server attached to your reseller from your web host , and send them to your domain registrar telling them to help you a private name server e.g ns1.yourdmain.com and ns1.yourdmain.com

If yes is the answer to No 2 Question : to your domain control pannel, and find the domain management menu, Get into your domain management and create preffered nameservers on your domain with the IP addresses.
Once created, change your domain nameservers to the newly created ones.

If your web host is the same as your registrar and they private name server, they will be happy to do it for you, just send them the name server that you want to .
