I went to my doctor to inform him, well, he told me i need to start Progesterone injection till I'm 12 weeks and he will also do a cerclage when im 20+. Please mama i have a few questions. Is the progesterone important (i am currently doing well) and i thought the cerclage is only recommended when necessary.

Please how much is cerclage. The injection is 25k for 6 weeks

Cerclage at 20+? Isn't that late, suggest to him to do it earlier (12th-13th week), it's better that way and has low percentage of risk.
The cost of cerclage depends on your hospital and location, but generally, it's expensive. It is well with you.

Drink alot of water, if it does not subside, please see your doctor first thing in the morning.

Tell your hubby to see a gynea before taking any drug. My hubby was on Addyzoa for about a year and it didn't do anything until he was placed on manix and clomid. The manix works with milk not water. I took in less dan 3 months and I'm pregnant with my second baby. In all, trust in God.

Ma'am, I will suggest you to follow your doctor advise. I complained about the same thing during my antenatal and I was told not sit to much that I should do more of walking and sleeping on left side.

Even though I am just 21weeks. I noticed if I sit for more than three hours without walking or standing for 10minutes, my legs will be swollen and I will find it difficult to walk and the walking might be painful sometimes. But, since I applied the method given to me, I ensure I sleep on my left side and do more of walking instead of sitting for long.

I was told to put something put pillow on my legs while sitting and sleeping in the night.

Since then Ma'am, I did not experience the painful walk and swollen legs again

Ma'am, When I experienced the same thing, what I was told was that if after taking the paracetamol and the pain still persist that I should rush to the hospital immediately but after taking it the pain stopped. Please Ma'am, expect you to even be on your way to the hospital now. Biko

Compliments Mamas in the house,lately I have been experiencing cramps around my vagina and anus,it switches from pain to discomfort at intervals and also I feel this heaviness in my abdomen that makes it hard for me to fart so all the gas is still stuck in thereby causing abdominal cramp or pain (don't know which to classify it under).This development started yesterday...I'm in my second trimester 21 weeks.Please experienced Mamas is this normal in second trimester? And how can I handle it please...it's quite discomforting!

You can try reverse cowgirl if he can carry your weight. He can also carry you on a chair/settee or you sit on him facing him but you'll be the one rocking while he can access every other thing accessible.
Doggy like someone said is good too, you can lean on the edge of the mattress with your arms and head on the mattress (to keep you from having to hold up all that belly weight with your arms) while ing your belly with pillow.

Cerclage@20weeksplus?I think doing earlier that is between(12-14weeks) is better

cervical cerclage is done between weeks 12 and 14 of pregnancy. However, cervical cerclage can be done up until week 23 of pregnancy if a pelvic exam or ultrasound shows that your cervix is beginning to open..
