I don't think so. Your analysis is good but in international diplomacy, it's not about your sentiment. The leader of any country deserves their respect. He disrespected Trudeau of Canada and when they elected a new PM who visited him, he spoke about how he didn't like Trudeau and his people. Is that election interference or what? You can't cherry pick who you want to like or dislike when the people of that country have their leaders. The world does not respond to your tantrums and you can't always get what you like.
