Why not try the bot in certain sections that don't have as high a footfall as Politics section?

You need an advisory board, consisting of posters thst are well respected for their views on both sides of the Obidient divide, that will authorise the formal release of versions of the bot, after beta testing on a section.

Currently what you have is tweaking that's a mish mash of sorts and honestly, not fit for purpose.

Hahahah. Sebi the anti spam bot is just 30 mins.. I don't even bother myself because most times, I make my comments within 30 mins and come back later to laugh at most of them.

People can now have a rethink before expressing themselves. Mods can extend the anti spam bot banning if the comments is against the forums rules.

Change comes with pain most times

It is anti people and obnoxious. We need cancellation botton and removing the block botton. Nairaland is becoming boring without the cancellation botton.

i cant post certain comments on this but exactly same can be posted by another . It ia obvious this bot idea is from a higher place. There are interests that must be protected.
