Where in the constitution was that stated? The last time I checked It is freedom of movement and not freedom to bring in mass labourers from another state...not the same thing.

They should rather strive to fight management for recruiting Indians in management and middle level grade positions even though qualified Nigerians are handy to handle the jobs. Not Nigerian labourers from Katsina state who are under threat of insurgency.

Also, Location must enjoy job opportunities, the state you cite your business where you are earning from should benefit employment opportunities for its residents from you not bringing in people from other regions.

When the indians were here NLC was blind ...I thought they were even fighting to ensure Nigeria Citizens from Kaduna get better wages ..but see their Tribal faces saying absolute rubbish . When Davido's father recruited locally and they use local knowledge to steal his Turbine that can't be hidden in a bag, will he recruit locally again. The constitution allows for freedom of movement, and this people already changed location. I doubt 89 people is 30% , most likely they are even recruited by a contractor, which indemnify the company from any NLC rules.
