That is not the issue here. The point is, Ajudua having been ruled by the court of appeal as not before that court of appeal could not be heard by the same court on bail. That was either lazy mentally or compromised and I reiterate ought to be seriously reprimanded.

Truth is, the Nigerian Supreme Court as presently constituted is ill suited for a country as large as Nigeria and operating a Federal System of Government. We should study and adapt the judicial structure of big countries with effective and efficient judiciary such as U.S. and may be Russia.
