Rufai Oseni is right. We have yet to see confirmation from the IMF, and that can't be difficult. Moreover, when a government runs on lies and propaganda, as this Tinubu misrule apparently does, it is only prudent to demand proof of its claims.

Smoking is too small for babas like us.
We do the white stuff that Yekini Amoda Ogunlere was indicted for and paid $460,000 to wipe away his crimes.
If in doubt, please ask Reno, ebilokan's incoming US ambassador for cleaning up criminal records.

How many threads of imf will tinubu ers open. This shows how desperate they are looking for something to call as tinubu achievement
How many of the threads that Tinubu ers opened that you have believed if you don't want them to open more? All we see in those threads is your perpetual wailing and sign of frustration that makes you struggle to believe the content of the threads. Show us one of the threads where you agreed and commended Tinubu for the achievement. No single one except wailing and lamentation! So leave them to open more so that the truth of his transformation can sink well into your head

If Nduka Obiagbena doesn't caution that Mr. "emperical evidence" Rufai, his cases on lib*l and defamation will continue to pile-up for Arise TV.

Instead of Arise TV to grant him study leave of three(3) months to be groomed on proper traditional and new media training he keeps on showing his one-sided eg*istic folly.

Animal husbandry OAP.

Dada is not smart
What is the good news about paying back imf loan that was taken during covid under APC?
The subsidy removal was supposed to do just that
Imf loans have been taken by previous istrations and paid back as at due. Even Buhari was already paying this particular one back and it was supposed to terminate this year which it did
The good news would have been that we will not need to take imf loans going forward to balance our books but even Dada itted that more loans will be taken.
I'm sure they'll go mute once that happens and won't spread the "evil news" then grin grin

Is asking for evidence of source of your public claim something bad? Why would you a grown man open mouth and swallow without question what Tinubu or his worshippers say? Respect yourself ... not good for a man to shut eyes and be opening mouth for another man to put whatever and you proudly swallow .

The APC ers and agbado people are miserable.
Someone said he has not seen a release from imf and you can send him one if you have it , the next thing these failure ers start doing is to called the person names instead of showing him prove.

A social media storm erupted after Rufai Oseni, a prominent Nigerian journalist and Arise TV anchor, expressed skepticism about the reported clearance of Nigeria’s debt by the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

On May 8, 2025, Oseni posted on X, stating he was “yet to see a full release by IMF” on the matter, prompting a sharp reaction from Daddy D.O, an aide to President Bola Tinubu. Daddy D.O fired back, accusing Oseni of being perpetually miserable about positive news concerning Nigeria, adding, “May his bitterness never end.

The controversy stems from a Nigerian NewsDirect report on May 7, 2025, which claimed that the IMF confirmed Nigeria’s clearance of all legacy debts, a milestone hailed by IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva as a “critical turning point” for the nation’s economic trajectory.
Congratulations to Nigeria for finally exiting the IMF legacy debts. Absolutely brilliant effort on the part of those in charge.

Now, it's time to focus more on utilizing the huge gas resources of Nigeria because Nigeria is more of a gas nation than a crude oil nation. CNG fuel MUST serve as the epicenter for crashing the cost of transportation and foods by more than half the current cost
for the benefit of all folks over there in Nigeria. This isn't rocket science. It's doable. Period.
Chucks13: 11:20am On May 09
To be very honest answering Oseni is making feel too important. Seriously, who the hell is oseni to even attracted these much relevance?

Pls stop answering him let him go and ask Nduka his boss any question he is not clear about or go to court.

I will never be in the same page with anything obi and obidient, never in this life will such happen so if he is not happy about the IMF clearance he can proceed to court we will meet him their.

How are things getting .. lets even assume Tinubu repaid the loan trutrue does it mean All other humogous debt we are owing are going to disappear

Tinubu govt is one of the most decietful govt, No one can gaslight Nigerians as Enemies of progress when Tinubu himself has no honor or credibility

if Tinubu greet you good morning just know it is midnight outside every part of his life is politics

No, Rufai is not a trained journalist, he's a graduate of animal anatomy. He won't have to ride on a bike before factchecking on IMF website.

Rufai is a journalist and shouldn’t be attacked for expressing doubts about a report that he is not sure of the verifiable facts. Even ordinary Nigerians like me expressed doubts. Not because we detest good news from Nigeria but because we want it genuine.

And how did it go? Nigeria has yet to complete full payment. It will continue payments till 2029. So, why blame the heaters who doubt and not the propagandists.

A journalist who expresses doubt instead of doing his work by getting information to share with the public is better off doing animal husbandry. Incidentally, that's exactly what this fellow studied professionally.

Any good news about Nigeria always make Arise News guys especially Rufai sad. They always find a way to criticise and bouth every good news coming out from Tinubu's government. Of course yes, majority of Nigerians don't like Tinubu but we have no option we have to pray, and put hope in our country.
Which government has majority of Nigerians liked after 2yrs in power?
