You only need to get active. You have to take physical exercise seriously. Wake up early, run round your house/neighborhood in the morning, push ups and sit ups etc..

You’d be better off in no time.

You haven’t been exercising those muscle, na why. You will adjust only if and only if you decide to do something deliberate about it.

1. Have you ever fasted for a month to detox, have only fruits, nuts & vegetables during this period to detox
2. Buy a jump rope
3. Try to learn the habit of going to the gym and/or playing football
4. Could be your footwear too. Get something that makes walking easy

These are the only points I can think of that would help with agility, depression etc

Aim to do at least 100 push ups and 50 squats a day, for the next 90 days. (You can.take breaks on Sundays or days after very physically stressful days)

It's great on days when you may not be feeling very physically strong but maybe even best on days when you are not feeling mentally strong.

Don't forget , as a Man thinketh in His heart, so is He.

Make sure you pace your self, even if it means doing in sets of 10 or 5.

As a man, if you notice that even women are stronger than you, it's a sign of unfitness or underlying health issues...

See a doctor first, and if your vitals are normal, a gym and start lifting weights. If you prefer home workout, get a pair of dumbbells and start training, combine that with 20 push ups daily, after one month, you will notice an increase in your strength level.

@almantra, when you wake up everyday, make sure to drink coffee before you start your day. Not the mixed decaffeinated coffee that hardly works, I meant the main Nescafé coffee in iron container.
Start your day with it and be shocked at how explosive your energy gets afterwards.

Drink plenty water. Bath in sunlight as least 3_4 hrs. Peak sunlight and eat plenty of rice as diet. Don't forget heavy lifting and exercise to properly redistribute that energy.

I have a guy who has become so attached to me. He didn't liked me earlier but from 2023 till now, we are almost inseparable. He felt I was too aggressive and bold to a fault. I challenged him to every weakness. I pushed him to dare anyone that disturb his life. The first day he yelled at a bank's customer service, he saw result immediately. Yes they are right, you need to change your mentality and still take exercise seriously. But this is what nobody will tell you— you need to normalise filling your heart with hatred and anger. There is nothing wrong with it and it's a natural thing we humans feel. It will make you become the monster you were always meant to be. those times you were underestimated and used, those times you couldn't help yourself or say anything. Forget about what anyone has told you, here lies your problem. I know this because I was in the same position earlier in life in my 100 level period.

Your problem is either:
1. You have nor been in a conducive environment for a long time. Once you find yourself in the right environment you will be happy being yourself.

2. Lack of motivation and happiness... let me tell you a story, there was a time I was so broke that I had on 10naira on me.. I was in my room for 2 days no food , only drinking water. I was lying down weak and felt dejected and depressed. I was so hungry that I couldn't stand up to go to have my bath. But as soon as I received alert from my parents and strength came out from nowhere. I got up, took my bath and trekked to the bank. When you are happy you feel strong and ginger.

3. Family upbringing.... children from most families where there is no real love usually experience depression. Some families like to instill fear in kids and as a result the children turn out to be timid, anxious and/or fearful.

4. Finally I think you are just missing something that makes you happy. What is that thing that you love doing? For some people it's sex, others love to gym, some love to go shopping, etc find a way to engage in something you love or be around people that genuinely love you and allow you to be your real self.

Solution:
Do what you love. Since I was born I have never worked at a job. I hate being around people. During my nysc I didn't go to camp, I didn't attend PPA for one day, I only went for that stuff they did once a month abi week.
Make sure you do what makes you happy and be in an environment that motivates you. For example even if I'm given a bank job with high pay I will reject it because I hate such environments.
In the western world, people that encounter such issues as yours are sometimes put on anti depression/anxiety medications, these medications is like replacing a dead battery with a new one. They make you agile and active and at the same time you feel relaxed and strong mentally. Just that they can become addictive. If you watch prison break there is a guy called Alex Mahone, the drugs he was taking made him so smart. I personally know some drugs that could help you but you really need to think long and hard before you partake in it bcs it gives you an entirely new personality and can be addictive.
