I'm getting banned and blocked for simple things like editing my previous comments. I honestly feel targeted. I'm losing my will to stay here! I don't break ANY rules! But spam bot is banning me and deleting my comments! It the deleting that hurts more than being banned because deleting my comments (which broke zero rules) hurts more than meaning banned for 2 hours. Seun. I've been here for 10 ÷ years. Your juju has worked! But your spam bot will have me leaving even though you won't let me delete my . I have messaged mods at every level and section complaining about the spam bot but I got band 3 times a day everyday! For what? Commenting? You don't want your member to comment? 2013/15 we could curse people out and cause havoc and you'll never get band, but now that we're grown and we just want to chill and speak our minds, we get banned daily.

For what?

Nigerians, everything they touch has to bring drama! So today Seun learnt to use bots and he over did it!

It makes zero sense!


When you report someone for breaking actual rules nothing happens but spam bot can ban and delete your comments 3x a day!

I think the team is in testing phase. About 3 weeks ago, I was banned for 1 hour and the comment was deleted. A week after. I saw the same comment being shared by OP of that thread.

Everyone should relax.

So I can't respond, comment or edit because some scammers were posting crazy stuff? We should suffer for the sins of others? It doesn't make sense to me. I'd rather deal with those crazy threads and mad comments than be penalised for doing nothing wrong. I use to avoid and ignore that madness. Now you don't know which comment or reply will set spam bot on you!

Do not edit your comments in quick succession. Give some time before doing so. That flags it I guess.

Also, if you get banned as such, mail the mods. It happened to me on two occasions, I mailed them and voila!

I can't say exactly how long it took to be resolved but it wasn't there anymore the next time I logged on.

I've tried to edit a comment hours later and I got band! Every comment I make gives me anxiety because I don't know if all that grammar I typed will be deleted and I am band!

It's happening to me 3x a day! The bans are not long. They're an hour or two but your comment get deleted like you said/did anything wrong! It's really disheartening since this is a text based forum! Why am I here if my contributions are deleted 3x a day everyday!
