I just finished eating garri and egusi soup, just like that my head start paining me. It happened before when I ate garri with draw soup. Anybody with similar experience? Edit: it’s only the yellow one that gives me this effect. The white one doesn’t affect me at all |

I read somewhere that there’s cyanide inside garri but I’m too scared to read what cyanide does

I have been eating eba(which i presume is what you talking about) with different soup for years now and i've never experienced such...so maybe check where you get your garri from or maybe you be reacting to it...you could be allergic or something.

Wimkeh:Is it your first time of eating garri. Many has ran away from eating garri because of some health challenges they face. If garri isn't good for you, please stop it and look for alternative. I for one has stopped eating garri for ages because whenever I eat it,there will pain all over my body. You are your first doctor, you have to observe you body whenever you take anything, whether food, drugs or drinks |

Wimkeh:What brand of garri? What manufacturer? Surely, you realize that there are 10s of 1000s of garri makers in Nigeria alone? How can eating just one of those many brands amount to eating all of Nigeria's garri?

The problem might be the source of the gatri. Have u tried buying yellow garri from another market entirely or from another state
