First, Jonathan didn't rule a second term, this could be marketed as his second term, plus Jonathan has proven he is not overly ambitious, he will stop after 2027 and handover to the North.

Jonathan was the first president to abolish fuel subsidy that Tinubu himself would later imitate.

Even Reno Omokri was picked as an aide by Jonathan, i doubt Reno would not him.

Any coalition that doesn't involve Jonathan will fail drastically.

He has a very very good chance but I doubt if he will want to come out of political retirement to.conteat a sitting president like Tinubu . Although he may be encouraged by what is happening in Ghana where magma is coming back for a second term after losing and has started doing wonders in Ghana
