mrvitalis: There has to be a cause of action and not just mere constitutional interpretation. The interpretation must be brought via an incident |

helinues: Ignorance in full display. Who told you they don't have the constitutional responsibility to seek interpretation of the constitution. Today it is Fubara tomorrow it might be Plateau State. So any governor has right to institute a case against the Federal Government for interpretation of our constitution. The judgement of the supreme court will help in enriching our constitutional democracy most especially as if pertains to the Section 305. Nigerians want to know how the President derived the power to unseat a governor and Assembly. We want to know what section of the constitution gives him such enormous power. |

mrvitalis: π π π. The ignorance displayed on this platform is so bliss. Crude ignorance for that matter. Really ire how you tackled that unsophisticated buffoon. |

helinues:You're very intelligent! That task rest squarely on PDP and both Rivers State governor and House of Assembly! |

mrvitalis: Guy, he knows what he's doing. And he won. He only used you to deflect from the topic, which is how the supreme court appears compromised, to what he wants, which is if the petitioners have rights to sue. By engaging you in that direction, he has successfully turned the readers mind away from the search light beamed on the supreme court, to his own light beamed on the petitioners. I'm very sure he will let you off somewhere in page 2. |

fergie001: I'm the one to tell you that. What's key is what I highlighted in your comment. If my rights are or about to be violated, I can approach the court. I have the Locus to do so. We are not talking about my right as an individual now. The issue is whether those who instituted this suit at the Supreme Court have the Locus Standi to do so. |

helinues: But APC governors get locus standi to challenge Naira policy abi? Na locust bean u go see no be only locus standiπ |

Fubara is busy begging Wike in Abuja, Tinubu in London, and you expect the supreme court to waste it's time on a case Fubara is not listed. Nigeria has gone to the dogs, Fubara ers are even celebrating the govs anticipated move to Apc, so they can continue their choppings. Las Las, politics is for the politicians pockets. |

BondRiv:Their Party is at risk. The President is abusing his powers contrary to dictates of the CFRN. I should tell you, Yes, they have the locus standi. |
