Another lamba by labour union.

They are about to cash out again. When the had the upper hand to make things better for workers, they chickened out.

A labour leader that can't stand his ground will always be rediculled . The TUC guy and labour guy are clown. They blow hot in the morning, then cold in the evening.

The worse NLC in the history of Nigeria.

I really don't know the magic you guys expect from NLC. They're fighting for their own only, not the general Nigerian people.

Secondly, it's really a tough task negotiating with a bunch of political leaders who are e.vil and wic.ked, no iota or comion for the people they're governing.

Nothing will change untill we have comionate and ionate leadership in power

There's no money to pay them better. They better learn to be contented.

Tinubu met a bankrupt economy. Buhari had borrowed so much money that servicing the debt was eating up 97% of government revenue.

Imagine using 97% of your salary to service your debt? Because Buhari was fiscally irresponsible, Nigeria couldn't get foreign loans. Buhari borrowed a massive $30bn in 8 years. The entire foreign debt when her assumed office was $10bn.

That was the foreign debt. GHe also borrowed lots of money locslly. It was so bad that the CBN printed money to lend to the government.

That Is why I say that man name ought to be expunged from list of past president.

His failure is extraordinary.

This present leaders of NLC doesn't care much about that primary job description of fighting for and protecting the interest of civil servants but more interested in party politics when they ought to have remain apolitical.

The worst NLC ever seen. FG added just 40,000 over everyone and that's the calculation of both FG and NLC and this ajaero kept quiet after cashing out on every worker. Tax took more than 10,000 of the 40k, NHF and pension took theirs remaining less than 10k for everybody and we move on. Tinubu is the worst president as ajaero is the worst NLC.

You have swallowed their lies hook, line and sinker. If Tinubu does not probe Buhari on this allegation, then it means everything you revealed here are lies.

People have been saying Tinubu is a failure. I always disagree with this. He showed from the onset he was going to run a government that will favor the elites and he is doing exactly that. Withdraw everything that benefits the masses and channel them to the elites.

But since he emerged, no single strike in Higher institution.

Four years, no strike.

Just tell us what you want. So, you want N1 Millon minimum wage, right? So, when you get 1 Millon minimum wage, landlord and bill will not increase ? That is to tell you increasing minimum wage is not the solution, instead government should keep working to bring inflation down

Absolutely agree — with current inflation and cost of living, the minimum wage in Nigeria should be ₦150,000 at the very least. Anything less is economic gaslighting. Workers deserve dignity, not survival math.

Did they not know that the #70k proposed by the FG would not meet the rising cost of the needs of the civil servants...?

It was supposed to be minimum of #100k to #150K without being told!!!!

When I said increasing minimum wage without doing anything to the crazy inflation we have seen in the past three years. Some "analysts" here claimed "they should increase it first".

Now they have, how has the increment actually salvaged the common man?

They're not reliable, they're not good leaders. They were supposed to go permanent strike until Tinubu reverses removal of fuel subsidy. Tell him to fight corruption in fuel subsidy instead of Total removal. What did Tinubu do after? He went straight after electricity tariff too. Went after taxes. Went after mobile wallets/Fintechs and so on

Tinubu didn't inherit bankrupt economy, he actually bankrupt our economy. The moment he assumed power and introduced his useless policies, prices of things just keep going up and never stops since then.
