Citizens often promote projects that benefit everyone.
The Greeks called this group "The Citizens".

Back when I was buying 2k worth of pepper that would last me for a month in Ketu Lagos, same pepper would go for 5k in Ikoyi Lagos. Can you just imagine how much those people buy stuff now? The price is still reasonable. I believe you meant to say 200 naira, because even in Lagos, those few items wouldn’t cost more than 500 naira, let alone 1,000. This problem is caused by both of us, and we’re all going to feel the consequences. Most of the farmlands in Ilorin, Offa, and other areas have been turned into housing estates (many of them substandard) when we should have been using that land for farming. That same item you just bought for 200 naira might soon cost 5,000 naira.
