My question is that, why is the guy so hell bent about you ing? Nigerians that I know would rather say "na God o" or its grace, instead of showing you the way. so why is this person so interested in you ing?
Referral bonus is the reason. Any business that made referrals their main goal is not a good business.

Because he wanted him to be his downline so that he can get bonus. It's networking. The more people you bring i.e that through you, the more bonus you get.that why most of them will almost want you to go and borrow to .

Nothing bad investing in ponzi as long as you do it at the early stage, cash out and flex.
Rules of ponzi.
1. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
2.invest early and cash out.
3.dont be greedy.
I know lots of people ponzi scheme made rich.
After cashing out, borrow leg and run fast like usain bolt from the platform.
Life itself is a risk, every investment has its own risk.
Even your keke business has it own risk.
Your head dey there my guy, most people who invest in ponzi know they are investing in ponzi and most pray they cash out before it crashes. The trick like you said is to invest early but in addition to that, cash out after 2-3months then re-invest only your profit, rinse and repeat so that whenever the scheme goes down it goes down with only some of your profits and not capital. As a rule of thumbs never invest in a scheme that has been going on for more than a year however, of recent the average lifespan of a ponzi scheme in Nigeria has been reduced to as low as a couple of months so it's getting harder to predict.

Thank you for your comment sir. I understand your concern, and itโs good to be careful online. When I said "run from online investments," I was talking about risky platforms that promise fast money like forex, betting, and Ponzi schemes, not legit online businesses.
Selling cars is real work. I only use the internet to reach more people and showcase what I sell. Youโre free to inspect any car before payment, and Iโm always open to meet in person. Iโve helped many happy buyers, and Iโm here to build trust, not scam anyone.
Feel free to check my profile or ask questions. Iโll be glad to assist you anytime. Thanks again ๐

My wife lost over $6k to them. A family friend lost $ 41k. My wifeโs face has been gloomy since then. I have been avoiding raising that issue to avoid someone begging me for money.
As for our family friend, he hasnโt answered his calls for four days now.

Good afternoon Nairaland fam.....How are you guys doing? I hope you guys are having good times via these festive periods?
So,two weeks ago,I took my Keke to a mechanic workshop for maintenance.......I wasn't alone cuz I was accompanied by my woman since she was out of work then.....While we were there, waiting for the mechanic to be through with other people's Keke so that he could fix mine,a friend of mine who's equally a Keke rider walked up to me.......
After exchanging our usual pleasantries,I instructed my woman to excuse us , and of which she obliged without insisting.....It was then this friend of mine brought out his phone and was introducing the ADK ponzi scheme to me...He had already invested a sum of 700k.....A sum of money he had saved up from his Keke job, hoping he'd buy up a new Keke engine when he's paid by the ADK platform.... Truth be told,I'm the kind of person who has got serious trust issues and everyone who knows me well, knows that......I told this dude plainly that I don't believe I can get rich through any ponzi scheme investment or via any other shortcut . I tried explaining to him how the recent MMM crash almost claimed the life of one of my very good friend.....I also told him It'd be an act of foolhardy for me to fall a victim for any ponzi schemes after all my exposure and knowledge of their scamming techniques .
But this dude was so adamant, and hellbent and was so positive that nothing would make it crash....... Infact,he persuaded me to the extent that I had to give him my WhatsApp number so that he could explain more details about it to me cuz I was already in a hurry
Now,since the crash of the ADK,my friend has been no where to be found, cuz since then I've been searching for him . I hope he's fine wherever he is cuz I know he must be having a very high fever by now
Nigerians don't learn from their past experiences? Why?
Attached below is a screenshot of our last and only chat, cuz he never bothered to disturb me again especially when he discovered I wasn't interested.

Somebody see a domain name like this adk6k.cc and them calling themselves a widely whatever and still put his money inside is mumuish to me.
When you charge people high transport fare for a distance of less than 50 meters because "dollar don rise" and "fuel go rise" excuse maybe it's just right if karma comes around to collect it back through ponzi schemes like this. Sorry but no sorry for their losses from here

Everything is bad about Ponzi scheme. It's a fraudulent scheme and anyone that is involved in it including the investors are conspirators.
Also, the mindset of cash out quick is wrong and evil. That's selfishness and greed at work

These schemes flourish because there are too many gullible people around. Despite all the warnings people still find a way to fall victim.

Not really bruh, as you grow older you would understand that not everything is black or white, there are some gray areas.
Note that in this case most people know that it is a ponzi scheme before ing and they hoped to cash out before the whole scheme crashes (taking advantage of the more recent downlines or magas) while in the case of yahoo the victim doesn't know that he/she is being taken advantage of, that is why most of them complain privately instead of reporting the scammers to the authority.
